Service continues to be excellent, but the food has definitely slipped compared to our numerous past visits.

The French fries tasted frozen, and the sandwich itself tasted old, as if it had been frozen as well. The eggs in the combo were cooked incorrectly, and the potatoes had absolutely no seasoning. The coffee was bitter, and the cream was powdered, which made it even less enjoyable. To top it off, the iced tea tasted like eggs, which was completely unappetizing. The service was just as disappointing as the food. Our server never came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything. We were left sitting there without any follow-up or attention. The most frustrating part? We paid $60 for two meals, drinks included, and the quality of both the food and service was nowhere near what we expected for that price. For $60, we expected fresh, properly prepared food and attentive service--not frozen-tasting food, incorrectly cooked eggs, bitter coffee, and iced tea that tasted like eggs.
