I had already dealt with a flat tire just two days ago, and today I unexpectedly found myself with another flat tire. I explained my situation to the manager and let him know that my funds were very limited. Instead of simply turning me away or treating me like just another customer, the manager listened and showed genuine compassion. He was able to help me with a discount so that I could afford a tire, get safely back on the road, and make it home. That act of kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes. When you're already struggling financially, an unexpected car repair can feel overwhelming. Having someone willing to work with you and show a little humanity makes a tremendous difference.
