Call was answered Saturday morning and I was transferred to service. I opted for the first available technician instead of choosing my own. (Needed this repair asap since we are from out of town and using the camper) I got an appointment for the very next morning. Within 2 hours I received a call saying it was all finished and covered under our warranty. The technician explained the leak came from 2 separate hoses (one that was only visible after removing the tank), those were tightened. He made sure there was no crack in the tank and even straightened the tank because it was installed crooked. After we were finished I asked if there was another way to loosen the water filter because I couldn't get it to budge. He got it loose for me. Thank you to everyone in the service dept for helping fix our trailer and getting us in and out so fast! I'm sorry so many others had bad experiences, but I certainly did not. I will go back if I ever need service in the Albany area.

They will never provide you with timely updates and you have to call the yourself to find out anything. I would recommend avoiding this dealership solely based on the terrible experience we have received after the sale as well as the headache we endured and how long it took to get a refund we were owed from the unit we traded in.

My personal experience of Boat N RV was one of the worst customer experiences of my life, I could…read morenot recommend this company to anyone. The slick, inept and unprofessional sales people are one thing, but the customer service and the follow up are completely nonexistent. I bought a very expensive RV and when we got to our orientation as we sat and talked through all the features, I was looking around and happened to look up to the ceiling and that's when I noticed a great big hole in the roof. A hole that a few weeks early Jamie (Office Manager of the year's son) punched whilst showing off how sturdy the roofs are - well not quite that sturdy as he left a great bloody hole in the RV. So as we sat our orientation (My Birthday) they were showing us the RV and promised to deliver it the same day but...when I looked up I noticed a hole - a big hole. So I offered to let them fix/patch the hole in a brand new $30,000 RV and said if you throw in a 30 inch tv and stand we will be fine with that - considering a new roof would be over $2000 to fix I really thought I was being more than reasonable. Well let's cut a long story short - I offered a $250 fix and 3 weeks later heard nothing, no tv, no stand, no phone call. When I called Jamie he blamed the office assistant and said he would get one mailed out ASAP. A week later - nothing - so I called back (this is now 4 weeks later) and Jamie said Walmart was out of stock, what? Of 30 inch tv's? No they weren't - they just hadn't done anything. So I said okay I want a new ceiling!! And so the story goes - I never head anything back on that either. So I recanted that offer and demanded the unit be collected and the ceiling be replaced - and of course no unit collected, having chased for 3 weeks- they finally collected the unit - 2 weeks later I called to get an update and Jamie seemed totally obliviously to the situation. At that point I demanded a new unit. Well again nothing was ever done, no communication - no feedback. At this point I got a corporate person's name and was told he would be in the office so I called to try and speak to him but of course Jamie intercepted the call and I was told 'he was with family and would call me straight back' - after 30 mins I called again and was told 'he's left for the day" - shady treatment !!!!!! I Never did get to speak to anyone from Corporate despite leaving over 7 phone messages ... So having spoken to Jamie I found out he hadn't ordered a new unit, he hadn't ordered a new ceiling, he had not got a new tv or stand - wow !! So, effectively HE HAD DONE NOTHING - EXCEPT MAKE EXCUSES. My ordeal lasted 6 months and I finally got my money back - I looked at units in July and bought the unit back in August - had it sat at my house for nearly 2 months - then the dealership had it for nearly 2 months and zero was done, every chance the dealership had to make this right - they just could not be bothered. I of course had been paying on a RV I never used and never had for most of the time. Finally having threatened to take this to corporate and to court they took back the camper and I got my money back nearly 6 months later.... this took over 30 phone calls, texts, 3 official letters and hours and hours of frustration. Jamie seemingly is the ONLY manager at Boat and RV and every efforts to speak to anyone else got ignored! At one point I had 8 contact names and called every single one and no one ever called back despite this being 100% their fault. Good products but bad service. I would never personally buy from Boat and RV again. I read the reviews and because I knew someone that worked there I thought I might have a better experience but that was definitely not the case.

We had the most amazing customer service, from our sales rep JD, to our demo rep Bob Allen, to our delivery driver Spurlin, the entire experience was amazing. Whope we were wowed by everyone we dealt with, we were extremely impressed by Spurlin. Our old (traded) trailer was on a permanent site and was extremely difficult to remove. It took hours! At one point we had to relevel the site and move some rocks. Spurlin asked for a shovel and got to work helping us! He was friendly, polite, courteous and so very patient. All of these experiences combined will keep us returning to Camping World, not only that, it will make us tell others about how amazing our experience was. Thank you to the entire team of professionals at Camping World Hatfield for all your help. Happy camping!

My uncle, a combat Vietnam Veteran and senior, purchased a preowned RV from Camping World that was completely overpriced. He drove it less than 28 miles, and when I asked if the dealership would buy it back, they refused outright. It is incredibly disturbing to watch a company profit off of someone who should have been treated with honesty, fairness, and respect. Taking advantage of seniors is bad enough -- doing it to a Veteran is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend this place to friends, family, or anyone looking to make a major purchase. After…read morevisiting several other dealerships, we knew immediately that this was the place--we found exactly what we were looking for and so much more. The entire Orchard Trailers team is absolutely phenomenal. * Jake, our salesperson, was outstanding from day one. From our initial inquiry through pickup, he was never pushy--only honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative. When we picked up the camper, he spent over two hours carefully walking us through every nook, cranny, and option. We never once felt rushed, and no question was ever made to feel insignificant. It was clear that Jake genuinely wanted us to feel confident and fully informed before we left. * Jimmy, affectionately known as "the sticker guy" (LOL), went out of his way to help us when we asked for a new Orchard Trailer sticker. After being treated so well, we proudly wanted everyone to know where we bought our camper--and Jimmy was more than happy to make it happen. * Tom and Spencer, the techs, did an excellent job installing our hitch and even caught that it had been previously installed incorrectly. Rather than overlooking it, they took the extra time to fix it properly, ensuring everything was safe and done right. Their team of technicians went over every inch of the camper making sure any issue was handled ensuring we would be able to enjoy it worryfree. * Brian in service and parts was equally exceptional, thoughtfully answering additional questions and making sure nothing was overlooked. Even though we purchased a used camper, we were treated with the same care, respect, and attention one would expect when buying brand new. By the time we left with our 2017 Rockwood Roo 23WS, we felt less like customers and more like long time friends. As second generation buyers from Orchard Trailers, we can confidently say we will recommend them to anyone and everyone without hesitation.
