He then proceeded to aggressively ream me out for letting another mechanic change my oil. It was very controlling and creepy. His volatile and controlling behavior was shocking and made me hope that he does not treat his loved ones and his employees in this abusive way. I choose self preservation and am staying far away from this guy. Hope he finds some help. He certainly can't seem to keep his demons at bay.

When I called them they said it could likely be fixed within 30 days because the parts were readily available. I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!

I then called the place where the parts were ordered from to get a date of when the parts would be delivered as my rental coverage was running out, and because the secretary reported I went over their heads by calling the parts store refused to do the job after waiting four weeks. Also, my mirror got damaged in the parking lot of the shop because it's in a terrible, unsafe location. Don't waste your time!
