My visit to Tonic was a truly refreshing break from the hectic realities of life to thanks to their upbeat, welcoming environment with a very genuine and engaging stylist (who heard exactly what I wanted and delivered it!). My mom washed her hair after 5 days and her all the roots were gray again...!! I was going on vacation. It takes me half an hour to get there; so I drove an hour total back and forth. And guess what, they told me they will charge me for the coloring again. Too much confusion among the staff members. The hair stylist who initially did hair color wasn't there; and no one else would get it fixed cause apparently they will not get paid for it. And they told me everything once I get there; not over the phone- I called twice before getting there. Manager is so unsupportive. Did not even apologize once.
