She booked her apt for 12pm. Went there early because it was a new spot. Come to find out, the owner wanted to postpone the apt because she was doing errands. Already started off on the wrong foot. Could not cancel or get the deposit because of her policy. Which is totally unfair for any client if the owner decides to cancel on their customer. So she made her way to the office. No consultation what-so-ever. My fiancé said the whole time she was getting her lashes done, it felt like she was doing it just to get it done. To add more to the experience, her lash work started falling off the same day. I'd say, do some research and ask your friends before going to a new business.
