For example, I ordered Medium Singapore Fried Rice this evening and they brought a soggy pack of rice, I called them to complain and the lady on the phone insisted there was nothing wrong with the food till I told them to refund my money. She then said they'll make another pack of rice. When this new pack arrived, it wasn't sticky however it was tasteless and not medium-spiced. I called them back to let them know I wasn't happy about this but they didnt even acknowledge their error, give me a refund or make a new pack of rice. It's unfortunate that I'd have to write a review like this because when they're not rude and when they manage to get the food right, it's not that bad.
