First off, it's absolutely adorable--everything is pink, which happens to be my favorite color, so I was in love with the vibe right away. I wasn't sure what to order, so I just went with my gut, and all four drinks we tried turned out to be delicious! We also got the mystery plushie cup, which was a hit with the kids--they were thrilled with the cute little keychains that came with it. Bober Tea has a really pretty and pink decor. They also have a room if you want to get your studies done there. I also love the pink phone booth that they have at the end of the hall. They have good service there and the drinks come out quickly once they've been ordered. I got the strawberry drink there and it is pretty creamy and sweet. One complaint is that the drink does have a lot of ice, I wish there was an option to adjust. Otherwise, it is a pretty good drink. The mochi donuts are also nice, warm, and chewy. read more

Bober Tea is one of my favorite Boba chains so I decided to stop by because I was in the area and wanted to treat myself with a jasmine green tea boba with an upgraded plush cup. The first thing I noticed was that it was super crowded and hot. Although the line at the ordering kiosk was long, it moved fairly quickly. After I made my order, I decided to use the restroom. It was probably the grossest restroom I have ever been to. Toilet paper all over the ground, smelly and no toilet seat covers! I could have used a gas station restroom instead. But at least there was soap so it could have been worse. So, after all of that... even though the decor was "pretty" - that restroom experience negated all of that. The only good that came out of it was my beverage I ordered. It was ready as soon as I got out of the restroom. I didn't want to stay to take pictures bc I already felt gross. The drink was okay. I don't think the boba was cooked long enough. It was a bit too chewy to my liking but still edible. The plush I got was the best part of it all!! read more

I would say this place is definitely a great hang out spot and would be worth the price you pay but they need to provide Wi-Fi. Almost $13 for a drink seems a bit much. I did get extras though so that's why it went up but I thought was going to be a bracelet type of gift because the picture showed, it ended up being a key chain. The staff had burned something so it was smoky during one of my quick visits. I had a great review for this location last time but I'm starting to think people won't want to spend money on surprises. No extra should be a mystery gift. The coffee boba I had, I believe was called pink haze, knowing it's a kind of Vietnamese coffee was delicious but the amount wasn't worth the price for a quick stop. My suggestion coming here is to spend time here to make your money's worthwhile. Also take off the forced tip. I know I by passed it and my drink would have been $11 but it's seems forced on. I know I definitely hit skip but when my card already paid the tip was included without my consent. Nothing was was worth tipping there. All of the bober locations I've gone to are so cute inside! Definitely the best place for photo ops and influencers! The drinks are good, a little on the sweet side but not too bad. Bober Tea is a very cute aesthetic boba place with awesome study rooms! I love using it to study. This boba spot was pretty good when it first opened but I feel like it has gone downhill. The drinks are super sweet, with few being able to adjust sweetness. Their coffee drinks aren't as strong anymore either. It tastes watered down. They added blended drinks which is awesome because their menu has little selection but $9.70 for blended drinks is insane. That's more expensive than getting a smoothie somewhere else with REAL fruit. Bober Tea sure has gotten comfortable with making their drinks pricey, not taking in consideration of the economy and the young students coming here. They can make their blended drinks nearly $10 and can't clean or fix their bathroom? I've been here recently a few days a week to study and have been waiting for them to fix the bathroom but they continue to leave the toilet paper outside of the roll container, never restock the toilet seat covers, and leave their broken soap container on the sink with minimal soap inside it. There was also pee all over the toilet which luckily they had the spray in the bathroom and I cleaned it. There is nothing sanitary about this place. If their bathroom looks like this, I can't imagine what their kitchen looks like. Other than the aesthetic and a sugary drink, there is no point of coming here. Save your money and support another boba shop because they clearly do not care about their customers. read more

To my surprise, I found this place on yelp and was amazed! They have kiosk stations to order your drinks and they are very convenient. This was my last time stopping here. It's upsetting when you make the time to stop at a place that is advertising something of good quality only for it to be raw. Very instagrammable store. My friend insisted we come here because she really liked their Sacramento location. It is filled with flowers and pastel colors and in the back they also have a phone booth you can take pics with your friends. I got the brown sugar boba with the fried boba. I wasn't sure what the fried effect would taste like and the mouth feel wasn't anything special the boba was actually on the softer side. The drink itself is very rich and decadent I couldn't finish, it was good but next time I'd probably ask for less sweet and lil more ice as it was very thick to drink. Bober Tea isn't the same. During my most recent visit, I noticed the self order screens moved to the pick-up area. A lot of the original tables and chairs were also gone or moved. Most of all, the drinks ordered that day were not good. I got the Supreme Pineapple Green Tea and my sister got the Chizu Pink Pear Green Tea. Both of our drinks were very sour, like a bad tangy sour. I couldn't finish my drink because of that and could barely taste any pineapple. My sister said her drink did not taste the way it was supposed to and that the Chizu cream tasted like regular cream. Also, topping amount was lacking for both. The quality went down considerably and I'm really disappointed as it was my go-to in the area. This is our first time having bad drinks from here and I hope the staff work on following the recipes better because our drinks were not worth the price we paid. read more

Stockton is my hometown, and I haven't lived in Stockton since I moved out of my parent's place after high school. But during major holidays, I visit home and check out all the new places including Bobar tea. The shop is adorable, staff is friendly, good place to study. This place definitely attracts the younger crowd. But the most important thing to me was the quality of the food. I ordered the winter melon tea with boba and I was pleasantly surprised about how much I liked it. The boba was soft, chewy, and sweet. Better than most boba places I've been to. The drink was also really good, well balanced, refreshing. My cup even had "Mickey mouse" ears, which was a nice touch. All in all, I think this is a good place to check out. Surprising better than I thought! I thought this place was going to be a gimmicky place with all the cutsie decorations and things you can purchase but their boba is actually pretty good! I got the oolong milk tea with brown sugar boba at 75% sweet. The tea flavor was pretty strong! The boba was nice and chewy. When I ordered on the screen it doesn't give you choice to have less ice so I asked if I could get less ice after ordering. The gentleman said yes! When I got my drink I don't feel like there was less ice at all. It felt like regular ice. I don't like too much ice because I drink slowly and when the ice melts my drink gets diluted. Overall drink was great. I got my partner a pineapple greet tea since the mango was out of stock. It just tasted like blended pineapple. Didn't taste the tea. Tasted like a smoothie. I don't recommend unless that's what you're looking for. The place is huge. You can have private events here like small birthday parties. They also sell mochi donuts. So this place is adorable! So many cute decorations and great places to take photos. If you want a great pic, don't hesitate to come here for your drink. I love that it's automated and you use the kiosk to order. Also, I was able to choose my sweetness level but NOT my ice level which I suggest they look into as an option. Staff was friendly enough and it was very clean inside. I usually go to the T4 near Ssongs but I am sure this place is going to give them a run for their money. However the location and prices at T4 are better if I am being honest. Their donuts are also pretty darn good. I got a 3 pack. You order at the kiosk and you don't choose flavors until your order is ready which can be confusing but you can *kinda* see the options from the kiosk. I know this place is new so I would also suggest a better menu board for the donuts than the small colored writing they currently have on the glass. I saw a pink donut with gold leaf I was so excited to try but when our drinks were ready the employee told me I could choose any 3 donuts EXCEPT that one. No clue why they have them out for everyone to see but they really should put unavailable product in the back. It was disappointing but I made my selections and the taro was really good. Not too sweet with a little tangy bite. I would highly recommend it. The others were a bit plain and I wonder if the frosting was the same on both; if so, add more topping so the customer can get the flavor. The drinks are also good. It may be unpopular but I actually like the mung bean :) and their jasmine tea is one of the best I have had. They didn't have a menu any where you can see except on the electronic contact less order, which was kind of annoying... People took a long time trying to figure out what they had.
