They told me their was a transmission seap and would put dye in when changing fluid to identify if transmission was leaking. I drove car for a week and transmission fluid was all over tire, rim, cv joint, and soaking wet under the car. I took car back the following Thursday. They said they over filled transmission and had to drain it again and refill with the dye added. Within 30 miles of driving transmission fluid was spraying everywhere. I called dealer and they said they would refund money but would not fix the issue they created. In fact the managers exact words were "sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't"! So now car is at different dealer and if they caused damage not covered by warrenty I will be retaining a lawyer and suing this dealership! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE BECAUSE IF THEY SCREW IT UP THEY JUST THROW THEIR HANDS UP EVEN THOUGH CAR IS UNDER WARRENTY. THEN TELL YOU SOMETIMES IT WORKS OUT AND SOME TIMES IT DOESN'T!

To my surprise and delight I was told I could bring it in the next morning. Normally I would schedule 3 or 4 days out with other establishments; not here... You want an appointment, BOOM..how about tomorrow?!? . Their responsiveness and availability is great! I pulled in and was greeted, they took my keys, covered my steering wheel and seat with plastic, and then confirmed the services I was receiving. I went to the waiting room, where they have ample seating, a TV, cell phone charging stations, and a coffee bar. Upon completing my service, the service manager came in and reported that everything went as planned, and no other issues were found. I would highly recommend this establishment for your service needs, they are quick and professional.

(Didn't help they are Philips head and strip out easily.) Well, of course I stripped the bolt and had to drill it out. Not only was I mad that I had to drill out a bolt, I was really mad on where I was going to locate such a small obscure part on a Saturday afternoon when most parts departments at the dealership would surely be closed. Well as I drilled, I had the wife call Autozone to see if there might be an off chance they'd stock such an obscure piece. Well the gentleman she talked to was a straight shooter and backed up what I thought all along, and that was the built was useless, and the factory puts them on for really no reason. After I got that side done, I had to do the other side brakes. Well, I was pretty burnt out by this time, so luckily when I got the caliper off, I saw the rotor was pristine. Yay! 15 minutes later the other side was done. During the melee of doing the problematic driver's side, I lost the receipt. I drove to Autozone, and upon my arrival saw my wife had the credit card the rotor was purchased with. Crap I thought, wasted trip. No receipt and no credit card, they aren't going to return the rotor for me. I thought the worst they could tell me was no, so I walked in to try anyways. Not only did they do the return without the receipt, they credited my credit card I didn't have on me. Plus they were more than happy to do it. A+!

Watched how to change it in my car today, so I needed to get one. My mechanically inclined brother-in-law frequents this store a lot for his job, and suggested I get one here. The whole process was less than 4 minutes. There were plenty of workers staffed, too, which gives a small nod of confidence that they're a trusted auto mechanics store, since they get a steady stream of clientele. $20 and change, hopefully now my air will filter better.

I emailed and left a voicemail for the salesman who sold the vehicle to me because I had a simple question. No response. So, I called again, and told whoever answered the phone about my emails/call. I was told the salesman no longer works there and he took my name and I told him what information I needed, which was also in my emails that were ignored, he said I don't know, I am new and said he would call back. Surprise (not), he did not call. I called again and asked for the manager, Heather got on the line and she spoke in a very happy voice but was very sarcastic in her words, discussed the "demographic" that buys Cadillac's. I told her I am not that "old" - she implied I do not know how to work my cell phone/apps, etc. If only she knew what my profession is; she gave me the run around and said I should have been told all that stuff already, and again, she would call me back - This comment was the last straw. I bought a 2025 "luxury" vehicle and this is how they treat customers after they leave. No "luxury" in customer service. Her sarcasm will stay with me for a long time. All she had to do was say "No, we don't have those anymore..." and all may have been forgiven. Buy your "luxury" vehicle somewhere else.

I had scheduled a service appointment and had other issues likely covered under warranty that would take considerable time. I requested a loaner car, and they said no problem, scheduling my appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. I changed plans and took my vehicle to the dealership, only to be told there were no loaners available. When I asked when they might have one so I could schedule dropping off my car, the answer was, "I don't know." Overall, my experience has been bad, with a complete lack of customer service and basic courtesy to return calls.
