When I escalated to the owner, Mike, he completely dismissed my concerns, defended his unprofessional employee, and essentially told me to leave if I didn't like it, even trying to blame my lack of bookings on 'industry-wide issues' while his company continues to collect fees. If you're looking for an agency that values its talent and provides actual support, Face2Face is not it.
