As an American I'm feeling pretty unappreciated lately. Little things like that can make a big difference to your customers, and will probably draw a few customers away from places that do not. This Abby's restaurant was totally disappointing. I was raised in Oregon and was excited to see…read morethis Abby's restaurant near the airport that I was flying into/out of while visiting family in southern Oregon. We ordered our favorite linguica pizza that Abby's is famous for. However, when we received our pizza and had our 1st bite...oh boy, this wasn't right. The sausage tasted funky. The sausage was old tasting and definitely tainted. Huge red flag to anyone eating at this restaurant. I've ate linguica pizza at several different Abby's locations in various Oregon cities with no problems. This is the first time I've ever experienced this poor experience. I'm hoping I don't have any GI issues, I'm about to hop on an airplane. Stay away from this Abby's location.

We also orders a Greek salad yet they don't have any Greek dressing. The salad is nice. It has some artichokes but black olive instead kalamata. The pizza is definitely on the heavier, more substantial side--a hearty, filling pizza that really hits the spot. The vegan toppings were good, and overall I enjoyed it enough that I'd definitely order it again. Always excited to find more places with vegan options, especially when I can get them delivered!

The restaurant has the feel of a neighborhood pizza joint, with band photos and concert posters giving it a bit of a rock-and-roll personality. Our food came out quickly, and I thought the pizza was good. The Caesar salad was the letdown. Its dressing was bland and lacked the sharp, savory bite I look forward to in a Caesar. The pizza was good, but the meal as a whole didn't leave me eager to return and I thought it was pricey for what we got.

Frozen is gooey in the middle. Mass produced feels like you're eating an under done cracker. The pizzeria I worked in used fresh dough, where the skins were cut to size, covered in our homemade sauce, cheesed basically, and then refrigerated. As a consumer: you shouldn't have to worry about dough, or sauce, when it comes to ordering a pizza! I'm glad they stuck around until mass food delivery became a thing!

The very nice man with whom I spoke informed me that they were low on the pickled jalapeños which is a main topping for the pizza I was ordering. He hesitantly inquired if I would be alright with not getting the normal amount on my pizza. He also informed me it would be at least an hour's wait. As a prior Google reviewer stated, (who owned a prominent takeout pizza restaurant in the 80's in Ashland), they would do much better to only have a few side bar seats in the restaurant and focus more on productivity. Inventory management needs to improved. I would have waited an hour for a properly made pizza, but not one that was skimped on toppings. Do better.

Great location and great atmosphere but the pizza was so thin you could barely taste the tasteless crust, it took 10 minutes to heat up the premade slices and was still not brown on the bottom, and the staff could barely be bothered to take our order. Such a shame for a city yearning for an easy lunch spot for tourist and residents.
