When I called, a pleasant young lady informed me the package was supposedly shipped on June 27, but there was no record of delivery. She then informed me that the item is now out of stock. She apologized but offered no offer of compensation for the inconvenience (e.g. coupon for a future purchase, etc). I told her to issue a refund. Needless to say, my wife and I are very disappointed and I will not be ordering through this company in the future. I will also be contacting Walmart to let them know what happened.
