It's an alright spot for bubble tea in the Port Credit area. Bobacha is located a bit further than the park areas, but still a good location with lots of street parking available. The Port Credit location seems to have daily specials on their drinks in a large size. Brown Sugar Latte: Sunday's special is the brown sugar latte. It was a bit too sweet for my liking. There was too much tapioca pearls and ended up being less of the actual drink itself. Inside, there's casual seating with some board games and a deck of cards. It's a bit of a limited selection but still better than none. Overall, it was an okay experience - wasn't bad but nothing extraordinary, would give a 3.5/5 but decided to round up. read more

This small bubble tea shop is on a very busy street in Port Credit. My friends and I were lucky that we found street parking pretty much in front of the shop. Parking is free after 9 p.m. on Fridays. Upon entering, there's some card games on a shelf, high-top tables by the wall with a mural, and regular tables on the opposite wall. They have a large menu with milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and slushies, specialty drinks, and some snacks. It's too bad egg waffles with ice cream weren't available when we went. We all enjoyed our drinks and finished them really quickly. Just a note that I had gotten the matcha Oreo smoothie, but I couldn't really taste the matcha in the matcha Oreo smoothie. As a boba enthusiast, I was excited to try this place out. They had all of the standard drink options (with various milk alternatives) and a dessert display with mini cakes and tarts. I got the strawberry matcha with tapioca and my sister got the brown sugar milk tea. The brown sugar milk tea for some reason had double the amount of tapioca in it, I wasn't sure if it was charged as I didn't keep the receipt. This made the drink way too overly sweet to consume. Note that the two drinks we got were only available in the large size. The strawberry matcha was quite good, and the base was some sort of strawberry jam. I got it with 50% sweetness, and it turned out just perfect. Both drinks came out to a total of around 15 bucks, which I think is standard for 2 large drinks. I've never heard of this place but came here on a whim on a Wednesday night. I got their seasonal special drink; gingerbread creme brulee milk tea. I really enjoyed it but it was more gingerbread forward than creme brulee. The tea itself is nothing special, I've had better tea at other bubble tea shops. 3/5 Both cakes (Ube and milk tea) were disappointing. I think this might be my new favourite bubble tea place I absolutely LOVED the menu, love that they are dairy and lactose free, loved the atmosphere and loved the friendly staff. I drink bubble tea weekly if not multiple times a week so TRUST ME when I say this place is really a hidden gem. We ordered the chocolate banana smoothie with tapioca and the coconut milk GT (green tea) brown sugar pearls! Both drinks tasted SOO good and were not pricey at all! The smoothies are a great consistency and the flavours of both drinks tasted fresh and authentic, not as artificial as other competitors. Highly reccomend to try a boba drink near port credit! Me and my boyfriend were at port credit. We wanted to get drinks so we stumbled upon Bobacha. I realized this was the place i wanted to bring him to as one of our dates. Everyone was so nice! The place look so aesthetic you can take a picture worthy for instagram or other social medias. They have art wall on the left side which is cool! My boyfriend got mango slush while i got strawberry slush. The drinks are good, kinda too sweet for me personally. I just wish they have sugar and ice level options since my boyfriend and i go for 50% sugar and have our preferences for ice level. Otherwise such a great visit! read more

Bobacha has areas of improvement when it comes to taste and quality of their drinks. Perhaps it's my east end background where bubble tea competition is fierce, but Bobacha is behind on getting with the times of higher quality drinks. As with all of my 'first-times' at a bubble tea shop, my benchmark drink is the milk tea and tapioca with reduced sugar. Look, some will argue that reduced sugar will make the drink taste worse, which I won't disagree but if sugar is needed to carry the drink then it probably wasn't that good in the first place. The milk tea I had was a bit bland in flavour and the tapioca was nothing to write home about either. With that said, I love the interior decorations of the establishment - with many fun colourful designs and overall welcoming vibes. The staff were all very friendly and efficient during our visit. Overall, is Bobacha terrible? No, especially in an area where bubble tea competition is scarce but definitely not an establishment I would visit again if given alternatives within the vicinity. read more

Hands down, the best boba joint in the GTA. Fresh brown sugar bubble tea, fresh fruit, amazing service, wide variety of teas and quality ingredients. So far I've tried the red Thai tea, fresh mango, strawberry shake, Oreo shake, their bubble waffles (are to die for) and their fresh gelato. Pumpkin spice latte - This is a new drink from their fall hot drinks menu. It has a strong pumpkin spice flavour, mixed with fresh coffee. The drink itself was delicious, however it was a bit on the sweeter side. If you're not into sweet drinks we'd recommend getting it 50% sweet! Added tapioca their tapioca is always amazing. My go to order at Bobacha is their avocado shake with tapioca. Their tapioca is amazing and stays chewy despite the drink being cold.

Stopped in here as I was waiting for my Thai take out from next door. Decor is fresh and bright. Lots of Instagram-able decor (too bad I went in during covid times). Service was very friendly. All drinks are easily customizable. I ordered the lychee green tea and was very happy with my choice. The tapioca was very tender and soft in texture, the tea was very fresh tasting as well. They have a lot to offer in terms of beverages and bubble waffles. Will definitely come back and would love to sit leisurely in their awesome space once the pandemic is over and it's safe to do ;) read more

Truly unimpressed with my experience today. I often get my tea from Kung Fu, The Alley or even Real Fruit and never once has it ever taken them 20 minutes to make a single drink - even when there are multiple customers present. Being one of three people in the store, even understanding mobile orders, I do not believe it should take as long as it did today, even after giving a gentle reminder I was told just a moment and then left for another 5. When asking for a refund they seemed appalled as my drink was now ready, however I had no longer wanted the beverage and just wanted to go home. Insisting I take the drink and no refund, I left simply from not wanting to be there any longer. Honestly not someone to leave reviews often but the experience and lack of sympathy toward it has ensured that I would not return to this location by choice. If it were me I would have apologized, offered a drink on them for future use or simply apologized and taken accountability for the mistake I wouldn't have felt the need to share. read more
