I've been following him on social media for a while, watching him build his dream, create his own freedom, and put his heart into what he does. So when I flew out from Seattle, Washington to Albuquerque this summer, making this a mandatory lunch stop was an absolute no brainer. And honestly... the food is outstanding! Some of the most creative hotdogs I've seen. Large, quick cook times and flavor that you can't duplicate at home. But that's not even the best part. What really stands out is the man behind the grill. It's hard enough to put together a top notch menu and product. It's a whole different level of care to produce high level food and maintain a friendly conversation while doing it. His service is genuine, warm, and completely authentic. You can tell within seconds that this isn't just someone selling hot dogs, this is someone who genuinely cares about the people he serves, the community around him, and the life he's working so hard to create. There's something incredibly special about watching someone chase a dream, bet on themselves, and build a life on their own terms. He deserves every bit of success that comes his way. So if you're in Albuquerque, go find this man. Eat the food. Talk to him. Support what he's building. You'll understand exactly what I mean when you experience it for yourself. We settled on a classic Chicago Dog, and also had the Elote Dog, Tijuana Dog and Chile the Kid.  They were all delicious, but the Elote Dog was exceptional and will be my go-to on future visits. The Chile the Kid dog was my second favorite, and for my wife it was the Tijuana dog. The Chicago Dog was also really good, especially with the sport peppers, but the others were on another level.
