I initially spoke with Kristen, who took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and let me know that Marshal would be following up with me. Shortly after, Marshal reached out and was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He sent me detailed information directly via email, answered every question I had, and made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel straightforward. Before contacting RNB, I had reached out to another property management company, and the experience paled in comparison. They weren't nearly as helpful and mostly directed me to their website for information. RNB's personalized service and communication really stood out. We were fully planning to move forward with RNB until our plans changed and we decided to sell our home instead. Even though we never officially became clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RNB to anyone looking for a property management company. Their customer service is exceptional.

I started to write a review for RNB, when an old review I had written and forgotten some 8 years…read moreago, popped up. After reading it, I realized that everything I said in that review is as true now, as it was then. I will never manage a rental again or consider partnering with another management company other than RNB. Their staff at that time was responsive and capable, as they are now. The person I depended on then was Marshal, who is now General Manager and he has a fantastic team. Individuals who have different styles of delivery and yet share the same traits of being service oriented, time aware, and efficient. Most recently, Luke, provided that steady support in helping resolve a stressful situation. Their office seems to be organized by specialties and functions that overlap rather than by rigid departments. They manage the process of preparing your property for the rental market, they handle the marketing and advertising on multiple listings, collect applications, screen applicants, onboard tenants, respond to their needs in the course of the tenancy, and offboard them. You are always made aware of what's going on and always have final approval. And they also provide you with an Income/Expense statement at year end. If you are a landlord looking to lessen your load, RNB will do the heavy lifting for you, as they have done for me, for the last 8 years.

There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. Buddy got very very angry. The only actually proof we have is that my wife emailed Aislinn or whatever her name is directly about the stained blinds in 2024, that you guys refused to fix but used our security deposit to fix. Your worker redirected her to put all of the service request through your portal. Sadly we don't have access to the portal because guys deleted our access information. All of the proof is there of all of the services we requested to be done but got denied. After we moved out our security deposit was used to fix all of the things we requested. To let the people know, all of the requested we asked to fixed were stained or damaged prior or us moving in so we didn't afflict those damages. I'm not going to do a small claims report because I'm not in the business of suing. I have better things to do with my life. These reviews are for people that actually want to know how a business operates so they don't have to deal with horrible business. Thankfully my wife keeps all of the paperwork. Ferguson did a pre-move in inspection by Andrew Scott on 7/26/2024. It clearly states the stuff we were charged for were already in poor shape or damaged. I emailed Dan 10 days later again because I didn't know he would reply to my emails, since his staff have been ignoring our phone calls and emails. I emailed Dan the paperwork of our pre-move in inspection as well. I'm done talking about this with Dan because he is very good unprofessional as you can tell by the name calling. I did call him a crook and that he runs a thieving business since we tried to reach out to his associates through email and phone calls but they choice to ignore our calls and emails. People that ignore phone calls and emails are guilty people.
