I worked with Ron on a purchase of our dream home as well as sale of our existing property. He was very engaged in the purchase process, helping us to evaluate a couple of unique properties. Ron ensured we were well protected and had no surprises during our purchase, and I felt we got good value for the property. When Ron represented us as a seller's agent we had just entered a very turbulent market. He worked tirelessly marketing our home, holding open houses regularly, and keeping a sharp eye on all other comps in the area to ensure we were in line with market. We successfully closed during a very challenging time and can't thank Ron enough for his support. I highly recommend to a home buyer or seller! read more

Ron and his team are miracle workers! They helped us sell our home in the midst of a PANDEMIC. Our house was special. While it was big, clean and updated, it had been outfitted for a family member who had needed special ADA accommodations. As a seller, I knew that we needed to find the right agent who could understand the value of the special features and $$ we had thrown into our property. Ron Ramos Reality found us the perfect buyer ... one who paid us a good price, even in a housing market that was bottoming out. Ron is knowledgable, truth-worthy and knows how to work the realtor circuit in the Bay Area. He is great with marketing, contract negotiations, and sourcing clients. Steven is a work-horse with an interior decorator's eye! He highlighted our house's benefits and masked its flaws. Could not have asked for a better team. We sold a house, for above market value, in the midst of a pandemic! Ron Ramos Realty ROCKS! read more

For first time homebuyers, it was a breeze for us. Ron negotiated to help us get a better deal in a way only experienced realtors know how. We got the house that we wanted, at a lower rate and price we were looking for (in 2022 market!!!). He guided us every step of the way. It took us only 30 days to close escrow. Ron is an outstanding real estate agent. Extremely responsive and incredibly accommodating. This review has been long overdue as he has come along through life with us having sold our first home in 2017. Then helping us find our family home that year. Finally selling that home and this year helping us buy our forever home. He is always available and listens to our needs to meet (more like exceed) our expectations. He has seen us go from a young couple in a condo to a family of four in our home. He also helped my mother buy her forever home. We could not be more grateful for him. He has gone through so many phases of our lives, we consider him like family. A sincere agent that makes the process simple, fast and makes you feel like you are more than a transaction. A genuine trustworthy person very much worthy of everyone's business. read more

Ron helped us find our dream home. Exactly the size we needed in a great neighborhood. He is responsive and quick to answer any questions. During our loan process our lender requested a lot of letter of explanations and there were contingency's our mortgage lender needed for the under writing team to help determine if we would get approved for the loan. Ron was quick with guiding us through this process and was very knowledgeable of the verbiage to use to provide to our lender. Ron didn't waste 1 minute with any of our steps that was required to get us get pre approved. He understood our situation and helped us with the lenders request. I have a busy work schedule and I knew we were not his only clients. He never once made us wait for a responds and he was so attentive to our needs and wants. We purchased a new build and because we currently live almost 2 hours away, my husband and I was not able to check in and see the progress of the home. Ron was just as excited as we were. He kept us updated on what was happening on the property and took pictures at the different stages. He was involved in every appointment. Never missed a single meeting with the builders or the design team. Ron made himself available to help us at the design center, he was available to shop with us for furniture, referred us to an insurance agency for home owners insurance, was present in the walk through of our new home, present for the loan signing, and even helped us with furniture delivery. Truly a partner through this entire process of home buying. He is amazing and trusting, not only as our realtor but will treat you like family and look out for what's best for your family. His knowledge and expertise is truly outstanding. Now that we have completed our home purchase successfully with Rons help, I would recommend him to all my friend and family, and I assure you that he won't be a disappointment if you hire him to be your agent. read more

1 part realtor, 1 part design expert, 1 part therapist, 1 part confidant, ALL parts AMAZING. Let's face it, buying a house is stressful. Buying a house during a pandemic is even harder. BUT when you have Ron and his team in your corner, things happen and dreams come true! It started as we began to explore different Tahoe neighborhoods we were interested in and happened to see a coming soon sign. From there, Ron was on it. He immediately reached out to the listing agent and got us in to view the place. Ron guided us on making a competitive offer with lots of insights on current market conditions and comparatives. Throughout our escrow Ron was proactive in anticipating questions or concerns we had and was available at all hours to discuss. I appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to quickly identify any road blocks we may encounter and propose a solution. He stayed on top of the lender to ensure we would close on time , which in the current market was necessary considering how busy things are in the real estate world! When things were getting stressful and I was close to my breaking point, Ron was there to remind us of our dream. He held our dream as his own for us and created a vision and laid the ground work to make it a reality. I appreciate Ron's rational demeanor, can-do attitude and humor! Any one can buy/sell you a home, but it's the experience that Ron and his team provide that sets his service in a whole different league! Thank you Ron and Steven for making our dream come true! read more

So glad we had Ron Ramos help us buy our first home. To pre-summarize my review below: If you're going to buy a home you should absolutely contact Ron. As first-timers, we were a bit clueless about the whole process (Ok, we were completely clueless). Ron walked us through everything and took time to answer all of our questions in plain terms. in all honesty, the entire process was stress-free thanks to Ron. Not only was he very patient/understanding, he was genuinely excited for us. To top it off, he was very professional & knowledgeable. After showing us the house (via video chat) he drove through the neighborhood and showed us the school that our children would be attending (also via video chat). Don't worry - he was a passenger while video-chatting in the car. He also pointed out the nearest grocery store and Starbucks. During negotiations, he was able to procure the existing appliances in the home (which are quite nice) and get some of the nit-picky things taken care of for us. Unfortunately, we didn't get the Porsches that were parked in the garage but I think we can let that slide ;) I can't imagine our home-buying experience having been any better. I am 100% positive that if we ever need a real estate agent in the future we will call up Ron first. Thank you so much, Ron! read more

Ron truly is one of a kind! I have worked with him previously to sell a home, and he helped my sister sell her home two years ago. I knew when I was looking to buy a home earlier this year that I didn't want to work with anyone but him. We had a hard time getting an offer accepted and I was close to giving up but he stuck with it and we were able to get in contract with a house that we were previously outbid on. His knowledge and expertise really shined through, and it's obvious he cares for his clients more as friends than just a transaction. I would recommend anyone looking to sell or purchase a home to go with Ron. Thank you Ron for making my home buying experience a memorable one! read more

Ron and I just closed on a real estate transaction in Elk Grove. Ron represented the buyer and I the seller. Ron was professional, communicated constantly and did a great job representing his client. In this tough market you need a knowledgeable and local agent to help you find a home. His offer was actually a little less than another offer but the terms of his offer pushed his client over the top. We felt Ron's offer was just a little more solid and would close on time. We were right! I hope to work with Ron again soon! read more

In addition, he is very knowledgeable of the home buying process and was available to answer all of our question as they came up throughout the process. I bought a lovely condo the end of last year. I hired a realtor that was a friend just starting out. Long story short, I didn't not care for the neighborhood and it was so bad I didn't bother staying there most days and nights. I didn't want to use my realtor friend again because I needed to sell the condo ASAP and needed a more seasoned realtor. I was referred to Ron from a friend and it was the best referral I received. Ron was very detailed and explained the selling process very well. Selling is stressful, but he put me at ease. My condo went on the market on Feb 11th and we received offers by the end of Feb. March 1st, we were in escrow and I officially sold the condo April 1st. I would definitely use Ron again and refer everyone I know to him. He goes above his realtor duties and I was very grateful for all his help and guidance. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Ron Ramos! My husband and I were contemplating selling our home and buying another. We had a conversation with him and completely changed what we were thinking for the better. He had helpful market insights and a clear passion and knowledge of real estate. He encouraged us to keep our home and rent it in the future if we could financially afford it. Never mind he'd be losing commission by us renting our house. We decided to keep our existing home and purchase a new build. Ron put us in contact with the right people in the community and answered any questions we had. Later I found out buyer's agents don't receive commissions anymore and he was just helping us out of the goodness of his heart! I thanked him and apologized knowing he did all of this work without any payday in sight. He said he was happy to help and even offered to review the contract before we closed. We were so impressed with his willingness to help no matter the situation. We will definitely have Ron represent us in our future real estate transactions! read more

Well, I met Ron about ten years ago in San Jose CA when I worked at Starbucks and he worked at Bank of America. I would see Ron almost everyday and he had me laughing my ass off every time we ran into each other. So my store closes, I transfer to a store one block away and here come Ron and all of Bank of America. So time goes on and I move to Santa Cruz for 5 years. I could barely afford to live there, my rent was 1300.00 a month. so If I want to buy a home I have to move back home to Sacramento. I see on Facespace ( it's what I call it) that Ron Ramos moved to Sacramento and is selling Real estate. He is my Realtor ( poor guy ) I am so stressed out with this process sometimes I want quit but I can not keep payingk ki l hi by for someone else's mortgage.
