She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient! I initially was interested in purchasing land and then building, and Vee met with me and explained the whole process of going that route. She was extremely informative but I was still torn between buying land or a home. I was in no rush to purchase either, but thought it was a good idea to get pre-approved to see what I was working with. Vee had an awesome contact so that I could start that process. Next thing I knew, we were out looking at homes as soon as I sent over listings. Vee got me through doors rain or shine and at any hour that worked best for me. Once I saw the home I purchased hit the market, I knew it was the one, and we got the ball rolling! Thanks to Vee, we were even able to beat an all cash offer!!!!!! She constantly kept in contact with me with all and any updates, but most importantly she always helped ease my stress. Her communication skills are 10/10. As a first-time home buyer, she walked me through every single step and was there to explain every detail of closing and escrow. I could text or call her at any hour of the day, and she made it work. I will recommend Viridiana and The Gold Group to all my friends and family, and hope to work together in the future to purchase another home. Virdidiana all her t's and dots all her i's. My best interest was her priority and she listened to me every step of the way.

He was excellent in handling both transactions and both transactions went smoothly. Professional pictures, staging were included for both houses, and matterport was included for our main home. During the sale of our main home, my family moved out of state. Then our whole family got sick of Covid with my husband getting the worse of it. He was admitted to the hospital and was near deaths door. After discussing with my husband, my husband wanted to proceed with the sale even if God decides to take him. By God's mercy, my husband is still with us today. Arsalon handled the sale of our main home effectively, offering advice and suggestions to me on how to proceed with sale, lined up a mobile notary, informed me of potential issues that came up with 1 or 2 of the 12 offers we received within the 1st week, negotiated a higher sale price than what was offered by the buyer, etc..And this was all happening while I was sick having trouble breathing, taking care of 3 sick kids, and worried that my husband may possibly die. If it was not for Arsalon's professionalism, expertise, knowledge, advice, etc...I don't know how I could have dealt with the sale. He handled everything on the sale side and our house closed in 30 days. I 100% recommend him to all that are looking for a realtor.

The best time to buy a house is always five years ago...if only I owned a magic wand and could…read morepredict house prices... Over the years I was waiting for the house market prices to drop so I could buy a house. I had been renting a house for 21 years with no central air and a slum landlord that kept the pool green. Yes my pool was really green and looked like Shrek's swamp! It was miserable but the rent was cheap! When I finally decided to move out I realized I had paid his mortgage and his house was finally paid off. The mistake most people make is putting their money and investment in a car or other assets when a house is really where your money should be. Even though the housing market seemed like a bad time to buy, the truth is, a house will ALWAYS be a good investment and the price will always go up even if they go down at times. Long story short it was time for me to finally buy a house!!! Last year I finally bought a house! If anyone knows buying a house takes a really good realtor so I was so happy to find Jason! I knew nothing about buying a house so I was thrilled that Jason was an expert not only at buying houses but selling them too! He knew about property values and helped me pick a house that already went up to $75,000 in one year! Before I bought my house he actually helped me sell my mom's home first. He knew exactly what property upgrades we needed to obtain the best value. He got us $20,000 over asking price! I can be stubborn so I'm just happy I trusted his opinion on certain things like a property's potential home value and what to fix on my moms property. I wasn't sure what to do! He even made us aware of potential problems we might encounter with certain buyers and other homes with their specific issues. It was amazing how right he was. Since Jason invests in real estate, he was more knowledge than most realtors. Not only that but he was truly only concerned with the goals that we set out to achieve and didn't push us in any direction we weren't comfortable with. I liked that because I hate pushy realtors! I deal with enough pushy men in my life! Even though I might not be, Jason is really down to earth and helped us make the best decision. Thank goodness because we really needed the help. The cool thing about Jason is he never got mad when I asked excessive questions or thought we were a little crazy, and if he did he hid it well. He always treated us with respect and that was important to me. Once we got into contract, he did all the work and handled all the details in getting us through the process. I've heard many other agents send you off with transaction coordinators or assistance and you rarely here from your agent throughout the rest of the process.I'm quite helpless so I can't tell you how glad I am he did. I can tell you that he was there every step of the way, he never left me to figure out anything on my own! Like I said we had tons of questions and he answered everyone of them patiently. Overall it was a very safe feeling to go through one of the biggest purchases of my life knowing I had someone there to take really good care of us and hold my hand the whole way. It's nice to have someone who had our best interest in mind. Thank you Jason!
