He was excellent in handling both transactions and both transactions went smoothly. Professional pictures, staging were included for both houses, and matterport was included for our main home. During the sale of our main home, my family moved out of state. Then our whole family got sick of Covid with my husband getting the worse of it. He was admitted to the hospital and was near deaths door. After discussing with my husband, my husband wanted to proceed with the sale even if God decides to take him. By God's mercy, my husband is still with us today. Arsalon handled the sale of our main home effectively, offering advice and suggestions to me on how to proceed with sale, lined up a mobile notary, informed me of potential issues that came up with 1 or 2 of the 12 offers we received within the 1st week, negotiated a higher sale price than what was offered by the buyer, etc..And this was all happening while I was sick having trouble breathing, taking care of 3 sick kids, and worried that my husband may possibly die. I knew nothing about buying a house so I was thrilled that Jason was an expert not only at buying houses but selling them too! He knew about property values and helped me pick a house that already went up to $75,000 in one year! Before I bought my house he actually helped me sell my mom's home first. He knew exactly what property upgrades we needed to obtain the best value. He got us $20,000 over asking price! He always treated us with respect and that was important to me. Once we got into contract, he did all the work and handled all the details in getting us through the process. I've heard many other agents send you off with transaction coordinators or assistance and you rarely here from your agent throughout the rest of the process.I'm quite helpless so I can't tell you how glad I am he did.
