If you are looking for a place to live with an outstanding property management company, this is the place to come home to. This is a company that wants you to have a happy, safe and clean home. The clean the property every week, they do maintenance on the gutters every year. The take care to make sure everything is in working order. Always polite, professional, yet friendly. We worked directly with Debbie and she does exactly what she says she will, and then some. We had professional photos of the interior of our home, as well as of the exterior of the home. Debbie personally went to the property and took additional pictures of our community as well to give prospecitve tenants a view of the whole community they would be living in. It was a touch we had not thought to do, but Debbie's experience and expertise knew to do so. We heard of her and her company through a referral by another owner in our community and this owner spoke very highly of her ability to find the best tenants who stay a long time, pay rent reliably and especially take good care of the property. Debbie was quick to act when we contacted her, and promised to find an excellent renter within a short period of time and she did exactly that! She also advised us on how much we could get in rent for our home and she was spot on. We worked with one other property management company that was incompetenet and outright negligent, so we have a company to compare services to. Debbie is outstanding, goes to bat for you, goes above and beyond, is extremely prompt in responding to your calls and emails, stays on top of all issues, and is exactly what you would hope from a property manager for your home. She ensures your home will be well taken care of by securing the best renter. The peace of mind and ease we are at with Debbie on our side speaks volumes! The home was available four days before our daughter's wedding, so we took it. The home had a continuous smell of something foul that couldn't quite be identified, so attempted to cover the smell with plug-in air freshener mostly unsuccessfully. Things were broken and/or unusable. We found disgusting things that the previous tenants had shoved under the vanity in an upstairs bathroom (the home was supposedly 'cleaned'). We had to unclog sinks and bathtubs with Draino in order to use them. The refrigerator had to be replaced while we were there and it was our responsibility to coordinate with delivery. When we found cockroaches in the house, and black widow spider nests in the backyard Kristine suggested that we use whatever pest control company we preferred (isn't that what they are there to do - manage the property?). Now, they are trying to charge us $1100 for cleaning of this home. We had our cleaning service to this house every 2 weeks while staying there and left it significantly cleaner than we found it. Also on taking the chance on me at only 20 with a house! They were always fast and responsive! Me and my family loved the home and have so many memories. Cindy always gave me a notice of the annual inspections and they respected my space and privacy. With my move they were responsive as well and I got my deposit back in a timely manner. After a while, I started to see Dan, he showed up and showed him around. He explained how it work between with any Property Management and the owner while requesting for any work repair. There was one lady whom suppose to work with me named Stephanie (long story, but let me make it short simplifying thing), she mentioned she talking with owner for the past approximately 4-5 months , therefore no result. That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. I wanted to share my experience with this property management company as a prospective tenant. I…read moreultimately did not rent from them, but I did tour a property and submit an application. I completed two self-guided tours, and both times I had issues accessing the property. The first time, I was fortunate enough to reach someone by phone who helped me get in. The second time, no one answered the phone, and I was unable to access the property at all. I was also one of the first applicants for a home I was very interested in. I explained from the beginning that I was on a timeline because I had applied for multiple homes and needed to make a decision quickly. This particular home was my first choice, so I wanted to get my application processed as soon as possible before declining another property. I was told they would begin processing my application, but days went by with no progress or communication. I called for three consecutive days, sent multiple emails, and received no response. On one of those days, I called twice and was told the person handling my application was busy signing leasing documents, they would call me back but never did. What really stood out to me was that after multiple unanswered calls and emails, I finally emailed them saying I wanted to withdraw my application--and suddenly I received an immediate response. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, well-priced, and had a lot of potential, which is why I was willing to overlook some things. However, when I toured it, the property was not move-in ready. The carpets had a strong odor, the walls and baseboards were heavily scuffed and needed paint, the showers had moldy/old caulking that needed to be replaced, the toilet seats were faded, and the backyard concrete had significant grease and dirt stains. I asked if these things will be addressed before move in, I was told cleaning and carpets were likely to be addressed and everything else was upon owners discretion. There was one gentleman I spoke with who was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. Unfortunately, I was told he went on vacation, and my experience with the rest of the office was completely different. Communication became extremely difficult, and I found several interactions rude and unhelpful. Ultimately, that became the biggest red flag for me. If it was this difficult to get a response while actively trying to become a tenant, I became concerned about what communication would look like if I actually lived in one of their properties and needed assistance with something important. I began to look into their reviews online and seen that their lack of communication was a common theme. Someone named Dan appears to be rude, responding to yelp reviews in an unprofessional manner which was another red flag. I can't speak to the experience of actually renting from this company because I chose not to move forward. I can only share my experience with their touring and application process. The property itself had a lot of potential, but the lack of communication and follow-through was enough for me to walk away.
