As a home owner with Omni management I have found squatters, filthy broken laundry rooms, no security, poor landscaping and high HOA fees.

This is from an email I just sent to our HOA's…read moreprior (1 year ago, she retired) CPA as follow up to my inquiries when we decided to go out to bid for our management services: I just wanted to say thank you for your recommendation of AMC. You, our new CPA, and our financial advisor all gave me names for management companies they could recommend for their accounting services. All 3 of you included AMC, and in fact their packet had your recommendation letter attached. Those recommendations were a significant part of our decision to hire AMC as of the first of this year. I could not be more pleased. We are fully staffed, which is something that has occurred only rarely and for short periods over the last 3 years. Management fees are significantly lower than with our prior, nation-wide management company. Our goal was better service, not lower fees, but this is still a nice plus. Our new on-site management team is amazing and is getting things done months earlier than the prior team did. Our finance committee chair is hearing from the AMC accountant nearly daily as he works to set up our new reporting system. The draft January statements that we've received are better than what we're accustomed to, and we have lots of faith that if we have questions/concerns about how an item has been treated they will be addressed quickly and any corrections needed will happen. This is not what we've been used to. We're even getting to see invoices for the first time ever! Reserve Study expenses are getting paid out of reserve money, rather than the lengthy and cumbersome reimbursement system we were used to. In short, I'm ecstatic, our board seems equally excited, and the community seems happy as well. Thank you again for the recommendation, and if you get called again for recommendations, please know that this was a great one. My 2 terms on the board come to an end in June. I'm a little bit sad (but not enough to run again) because I feel like I'm leaving my successor in so much better hands and with a significantly easier job. My work here is finished.

Not even one star this is hands down the worst property management company I have encountered…read more dont even know the laws of HOA and can't even provide the necessary guidance . owned for 14.5 years and property is the worst shape due to no oversight and lazy property manager that is sweating to death when walking the gounds. Nothing is corrected and no meeting minutes posted for over a year. Unethical and hands down worst management company since my owner ship . I HOPE they are fired soon and will do whatever i can to make that happen by reporting unlawful activity to government oversight agencies and filling complaints

All the folks who wrote reviews are correct run away if considering these folks managing your investment. They do not return calls or close issues out with any response. Our CCr,s are not supported in any way. Dog waste all over property because dog waste bags are not replaced. Lawsuit that overan many years with a loss financially have been incurred. We have had the police breaking down doors and removing violet criminals from renting as their is no vetting of renters. They move managers from managing the property every two years as the complaints are so high. 500 dollars in dues that is going up what a waste. The president of the company is just as checked out and does not respond to any concerns. If you want an unmanaged property company this ones for you.
