I…read morewould NOT recommend Christine Hamilton with Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge in Roseville, CA. *** AVOID*** DECEPTIVE: On the MLS description of the home; Christine lists items but does not deliver, stating "just because it's in the MLS, doesn't mean it automatically comes with the sale of the house" SELFISH: The sale of the home in question came down to $425 discrepancy for a Health & Safety Issue that the seller had neglected for over a month. We, the buyers strongly felt the homeowner was 100% responsible to correct this issue, since the homeowner neglected to correct this issue that had been going on for a month, if not longer. Our Agent asked the seller's agent, Christine to split the $425 balance remaining because the homeowner refused to pay the full amount to fix the problem. Christine REFUSED; she would rather LOSE a sale on a home then pay $212 out of her $15,000 commission to complete the sale of a home. AND... Christine does NOT split the commission on a home 50/50, as the selling agent, she demands a higher commission and thus leaving a smaller commission for the buyer's agent. Thanks to our Agents determination and preservice, she was successful getting the homeowner to pay the entire amount because our agent caught the homeowner and Christine in a lie which she had a witness and in writing. UNPROFESSIONAL & NO COMMUNICATION: Throughout this transaction, Christine conducted herself in an unprofessional manner. Christine would not return emails, text messages or phone calls. Once the transaction was signed and on its way to closing, Christine announced she was not available for almost 3 weeks and said she would remove her realtor lock box off the home (front door handle) when she returned! I strongly recommend you proceed with caution before you consider hiring Christine, she is by far the most selfish, unprofessional and deceitful Real Estate Agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Christine is equivalent to the stereotypical "used car salesman" you have heard about!
