We did a application for a home at RNB rentals was told we were 2nd in line for the home and would…read morehave a answer by the end of the week if the applicants before us got the home or not after waiting all week on Friday March 13th we were told the house has been rented out and is off market we were asked if there were any other homes we were interested in we told them no unfortunately there's nothing else on their website we were interested in and asked for a refund on our applications no problems there they did agree to give us back our $200 dollars now fast forward to Monday March 16th only 3 days after after we were told the house has Been rented Out we see the home back on the market we hurry apply again for the home and reach out to RNB asking if we can possibly get our spot back as next in line for the home we were told had been rented out we called left a message they didn't answer they listened to our voicemail and emailed us back saying sorry no they go by 1st come 1st serve basis which i totally understand but in a case like this you would think since we were next in line for this home they would have called us and said hey the applicants before you didn't end up working out and will be putting the house back on the market but nope no phone call no email we just happened to see it back on the market now we went from next in line to 3rd in line I feel like this is super unfair because we only took our application off of the home because RNB told us it was RENTED and off Market hopefully they make it right

I politely asked her two times to explain the information, but she did not help and became rude. She spoke in a very unprofessional way and then hung up the phone on me. I tried to contact the office several times, but no one answered. After many attempts, I finally got connected again, and unfortunately, Branidit answered and continued speaking in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. This was a very disappointing experience. Hello, our HOA is new to Silvercreek Mgmt. Association (SC), Jan. 2026. There was an issue with…read morepayments being made from my bank to the association in a timely fashion. In our board meeting on Feb. 2, 2026, it was brought to the attention of the HOA community that the issue was with the SC set up and it was supposed to have been rectified. It was not. I spoke to Yannie on a couple of occasions and sent in an email via the portal. On Apr. 6, 2026, I left a voice message. I did not get a return call. I called again on Apr. 7, 2026, left another message and received a call from Yannie. I explained my issue again because I was not being credited with my Feb. 2026 payment. I had to forward a copy of my bank statement showing the payment was made in February. Yannie reported she would forward it to the accounting supervisor for further review, which she did. I received a call from Yannie the following day indicating they had credited my account for the February payment. I appreciate that the matter was finally resolved but I don't think I should have had to pursue SC like I did to rectify this issue. Not sure who dropped the ball, but I hope this will not happen again. Thank you Yannie and Monica for following through on this matter.

I was never in the property during garbage collection day. Although they cannot prove the violation (no picture), my complaint was just ignored by the former manager and the Board of Directors. I contacted Silvercreek and spoke with Jovelyn regarding sign up issue. She was able to let me access my account right away, so I thanked her thinking that I will be able to manage my transaction. However, she insisted to help me all through the payment process which made it a breeze for me to set up. Her cheerful and helpful attitude is very much appreciated.

That how I was about to get Dan which I finally meet him. He fired that lady, Stephanie, then got another person. That all good. I rather reach out to Dan for any quicker responses. He is the main person. So, things happened, got things settle, and made a good deal for me for one month. It wasn't a bad deal and got most of the thing fix like ceiling fan in living room, replacement 2 fans/light upstairs, fix heather, eh, it was all taken care off. Alright then, that my simply journey story. I end up staying another year but more likely stay here 3 more year for the kids school. All that thing being happening, henceforth one I recommend go through it, however always get Dan or each out to him. Someone might help, but he is the one you actually need to take things care of. It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional,rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company.
