The room temp matches the thermostat but the fan continues to blow cold air. Tudi sent several different techs a half a dozen times to try to solve this. The last visit I was told "this is the way it is and need to live with it". That seems counterintuitive for a heat pump to blow cold air. I am taking bids to replace the heat pump with a standard electric furnace. Check out your options before dealing with Tudi or you too may have to live with it.

And as such, I was able to get things temporarily working until they came by to do a proper fix. All they did is clean the flame sensor and suggest that we completely redo the furnace exhaust system, and they had the audacity of charging hundreds (and proposing thousands) for things completely unrelated to the problem.
