In addition to a complete lack of communication (I would follow up weekly asking for confirmation on scheduling and areas of the house to be worked on so we could prep), they left my home with unsafe conditions. Some of the examples include leaving outlets hanging out of the wall, not grounding lights they installed, and leaving the electric panel off the wall. Other poor service included lack of cleaning up after/prepping workspaces with drop cloths and leaving task completely unfinished (we asked for over a month for the dishwasher toekick to be reattached and for a light fixture they removed to be put back on the ceiling). I tried for over a month to work with the team, understanding that everyone gets a bit overwhelmed sometimes. However, the work was never completed and lighting we paid for was never delivered. I spent weeks asking for a final summary of work, which when provided was highly inaccurate and unreliable. A new electrician must be hired to review all of their work and to complete the outstanding tasks. I hesitated to post for months because the individuals are nice, however finding the lighting my home did not have the ground wire attached has pushed me to share in the hopes of preventing someone else from this situation.
