In addition to a complete lack of communication (I would follow up weekly asking for confirmation on scheduling and areas of the house to be worked on so we could prep), they left my home with unsafe conditions. Some of the examples include leaving outlets hanging out of the wall, not grounding lights they installed, and leaving the electric panel off the wall. Other poor service included lack of cleaning up after/prepping workspaces with drop cloths and leaving task completely unfinished (we asked for over a month for the dishwasher toekick to be reattached and for a light fixture they removed to be put back on the ceiling). I tried for over a month to work with the team, understanding that everyone gets a bit overwhelmed sometimes. However, the work was never completed and lighting we paid for was never delivered. I spent weeks asking for a final summary of work, which when provided was highly inaccurate and unreliable. A new electrician must be hired to review all of their work and to complete the outstanding tasks. I hesitated to post for months because the individuals are nice, however finding the lighting my home did not have the ground wire attached has pushed me to share in the hopes of preventing someone else from this situation.

The previous homeowners were prone to quick fixes and kludges, so in order to save me the heartburn of trying to add on to what may or may not be up to code electrical work, I called MJ electrical services. They worked within our schedule, gave us a reasonable quote and completed the job within three hours. It's worth it to me to be able to sleep at night knowing that the job was done right. We liked them, our dogs liked them, and I asked for business cards so that I can send them to my neighbors when they need help. Highly recommend.

The whole process was simple and seamless from texting a few photos of my electric panel to choosing an installation date. I never went through the process of getting a charger installed since owning my Tesla because the whole thing felt confusing and some of the quotes I got were outrageous. ChargerPro handled all the logistics and ensured the electrician who came to install the charger on the day of had everything he needed to do the job. UI/UX - the website and user experience is fantastic. Clean and simple interface. Filled out one simple form and from there was set up with a ChargerPro expert who asked me to text them a few pictures of my electrical panel. They even recommended a place of installation in my garage based on my parking preferences and how I prefer to park, and how this position might facilitate a more convenient charging situation if I were to ever have a second electric vehicle. There was no high pressure sales call, no forcing you to get on the phone and deal with the whole phone tag BS, just a few simple text messages back and forth and some transparent and honest communication and pricing! Scheduling: Super simple. Picked a date and window for installation and received text updates and reminders leading up to the installation and on the day of letting me know how far my electrician was and when they'd arrive at my house. Day of Install: The licensed electrician showed up. He double checked everything, and talked me through the entire set up process and what to expect. He told me about my electrical panel and how it was currently set up to handle my existing appliances etc. and where and how the charger would fit in and how much power it could draw safely given my current panel. The whole install was done quickly. He made sure the charger was installed to specification and stayed until I had it synced up with my Tesla app before he left. I also appreciated that he didn't leave a speck of dust on the garage floor which I really appreciated. Payment: I don't even want to comment on this since I would hate for the folks at ChargerPro to think they are undercharging for their services and raise prices but after getting several quotes for this, you will NOT find a better deal in town. This cost me a fraction of some of the quotes I received. I highly recommend ChargerPro. If you've been on the fence about getting a home charger like I was - here's a simple easy and cost-effective way to get charged up!!! I'm just glad I can charge in my house now!

Chargerpro is an excellent company, and I'm so glad I hired them to install my EV charger. The…read moreprice was good and the service was even better. I reached out through the website on a Saturday, and Josh responded within minutes. He wasn't pushy at all, and he answered all of my many questions, even during the weekend. Other companies were either more expensive or wanted to cut corners by not getting a permit or using a plug-in installation (which can cause fires). ChargerPro was different. Not only did they include permitting in their already low price. They also supplied the charger for me at market rate so that I didn't have to arrange for delivery myself. And when it came time for install, they came out on time even though there was a big snowstorm. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very low maintenance. I just opened the garage and pointed to where I wanted the charger. Doesn't get any easier than that! I really can't recommend them highly enough. I can't remember the last time I had this good of an experience on a home installation or repair.

We recently had a strange problem where the circuit went out to our microwave oven, several kitchen…read morelights and one outlet in my upstairs home office. I checked the circuit breaker panel and no breakers were tripped. I checked all GFCI outlets inside and outside of the house and found no issues. I even checked the wiring behind the bad light switches and power outlets but no luck. At that point I knew it was time to bring in the experts from South Hills Electric LLC. Jake the technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job troubleshooting the problem, identifying root cause and quickly resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly determined the problem was caused by a separate functioning push type outlet in my upstairs office that was bad and breaking the circuit - something I would never have thought to check. Jake completed the entire job in about 1 hour and for a very fair price. I am glad I use South Hills Electric LLC for all of my home electrical needs - so should you!

First off, I'd like to say that the technicians that came to my house seemed like very honest, well…read moremeaning workers. They worked hard, tolerated my endless questions/ideas, and seemed to want to do everything in their power to help me out. I have no issue with them, and would give each of them 5 stars. That being said, I was charged $1522 over 4 separate trips/repairs to be left with my furnace still not blowing hot air in the coldest 2 weeks of the last several years. Further, it was beginning to be suggested that if the issues persisted, we would just need to pay them another $6000 (NO DISCOUNT) for a new furnace. After the last repair/charge, the heat went out again within 20 minutes of them leaving, and I called back and was told someone would be out tomorrow at 2PM (presumably to tell me I needed to buy an new furnace from them...). Frustrated, I called Metro, and they had someone at my house by noon, and fixed the issue within half an hour for $300. I called South Hills Electric, and they refused to do literally anything to make it right. Again, I don't want to slander the good techs who worked on my furnace, but it's pretty hard to interpret that behavior as anything other than predatory. If I had charged someone $1522 to NOT fix their issue, I'd personally want to do something to make it right. Highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling: https://metroheatingcooling.com/
