Eric Whitaker is the proprietor and expert drain plumber for this company. He was at my house…read morethree times in a week. I had a complicated problem that required multiple visits. He is a total pro! Apparently the prior owners of my house used to flush cooking grease down the drain! (they lived here 15 years!) It accumulated in a dip in the underground piping. I want to be clear that this was a bit of a puzzle that Eric figured out, then used a 2000 PSI power sprayer to clear the underground blockage and blow it into the main line so I would not have the problem again. This man is top notch! SUPER customer service oriented, patient, skilled and uber professional. USE THIS COMPANY! 5 STARS WITH A BULLET! THANKS ERIC!!!

The sent a service tech out and use put "TAPE" around the coil box. Didn't help. At my request the sent another service tech (Brian) and he fixed the problem. Now this year the coil was freezing up and the sent the same dumb service tech out and he put 2 lbs of freon in and said I had a leak some where. I told him to fix the leak and even called there office and request they fix the leak. Two days later I got a bill for $174.20 for 2 lbs of freon and a note saying "suspected restriction on indoor coil". They NEVER called or came back to fix it.

I asked my neighbor if he knew of electrician. His brother Mike Metz gave me the number of Mr. Noland that was Sunday evening. I left a message with what I needed on his voicemail. I recieved a call first thing on Monday morning 8:22am. Corey Noland said he would be by around 1pm the same day. I was surprised he was able to fix me in on Monday. Mr. Noland kept his word and was here around 1pm. They were able to see what I needed and fixed it right then. Again I surprised it was going to get fixed the same day they came out. I was truly very happy. They were very professional, kind and honest. I thought it was going to cost me a lot especially since it was electrical work and it was two of them, but it didnt. I still have my arms, legs and didnt have sign over my dog. i would recommend them to all my friends. I would like to thank Jeff Metz, Mike Metz, and a special thank you to Corey and Blake Noland for their help to get us out of the dark. Thank you from Teresa and Jaysen Ray
