I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!
