So we have to replaceed out roof, and I have to show the people my contract to prove that, and once we paid for it , got delayed twice of removing the solar. As my roof was finished, I scheduled the mounting service twice, and no call no show by them. I have to hunt them down as there are not always people pickup the phone. Then they out of nowhere they are asking for $1500 material, and I was like what? It never has mentioned, and not on the contract. Why didn't mentioned it at the begining? Now feel like a blackmail that if I don't pay the extra, I won't get them put back on? I have email and text and even the office lady was helping me to forward msg to the owner but hear nothing back. We been on the project since Nov 2025, and my roofe was finally replace in Jan 2026, and still trying to solve this problem. I thought a smaller company would be better services......this might not be the case.at the meantime, my solar just sitting on the ground dusting and worry to get damage.... So...... U might want to take a look into other places if you looking for solar company.

We are getting double billing from FPL and financial company. Nick Bianco is a fraud. Does not take responsibility for a job not done. I have an email from him that he will fix the issues and 2 months later, he does not respond to emails and also, he fired the salesperson who offered us the solar panels. Instead of paying $30 a month from FPL as we were told, our electric bill with the financial company is over $500!!! DO NOT TRUST Switch Solar and Nick Bianco.

Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

Cayden was our point person, from the second he knocked on our door and told us about the business he was nothing but kind, professional, real and awesome to work with. He's hardworking, knows exactly what he's talking about, and you can see that he really studied the solar installation process from start to finish. He was patient, answered every question and even came out a 2nd day to answer some extra questions we had about the process. If he said he would have something to you by the end of the day, we'd get it within hours. There hasn't been one time that I called him and he didn't answer the phone. We spoke to 5 different solar companies around the Orlando area, and none of them impressed me as much as Cayden and Wattsun did. Plus we were more than surprised that our of all of those companies they were able to offer a great price for what they were providing, plus were willing to match anyone that came provided a lower quote with using the same quality material. After we signed the contract and started the project, one thing that we really loved was that Wattsun does not subcontract, so everyone that's had a hand in the project was in house. This ensured that the process was smooth and speedy. The team that came out to install was amazing! David, Chris, Chris, Chase, and Dennis all were kind, professional, & overall down to earth, cool guys. The entire project took 3 days to complete which was perfect & they were able to work on our time schedule. We have a tile roof in which we were told solar is harder to complete on, but they still made it happen and the tiles came out looking great. They even came back and spent an entire day fixing broken tiles! The owner of the company came out for a final walkthrough of the project, he introduced himself to me and walked me through all the little ins and outs of any concerns that we had about the project. Lastly, it looks great. We've seen a few other solar panels projects where the wiring was showing, and other aspects of the project looked thrown together. But for our house it looks great! Sleek and honestly made the roof of the house look nicer. They've truly set the gold standard for any company we work with in the future on home improvement projects. Make sure you do your due diligence like we did but I MORE THAN ASSURE YOU that no one else out there will compare to Wattsun.

Top notch service with great technicians! Highly recommend.

If you live in Orlando during the summer, which now seems to be getting longer and longer (but sure…read morethere is no climate change...right), You know that an energy efficient quiet and reliable central air and a technician to rely on for maintenance or one of those unforeseen 101 Degrees in the shade days when the central air decides to stop working is critical to your and your family's wellness. For the reasons above, we conduced an extensive search of first units (check out consumer reports annual central air ratings for product reliability), and then vendors (ie, their knowledge, response to our questions, BS factor, pricing, warranties, and reviews at all the key sites, including here). After that search, it came down to this group - Aloha Air (relatively new) and a larger established group, and most often we usually go for the group that has been around for a while, but this time - we did not and we are happy we did. The reason we went with Aloha was the "follow-thru" of their owner, Jeren, and his clear answering of each of our many questions. He is very knowledgeable, and we wanted 1 of 2 specific brands (as per our consumer reports and other reliability research) and he worked with us to find a unit that would fit the smaller space we needed to install this unit on. Installation was set for 2 weeks later, and the owner, Jeren, personally takes care of permits, and everything needed for the install. He exceeded expectations on the install not just for the detailed work he does in the install, but he encountered an unforeseen indoor closet / door height problem, and solved it and completed installation ahead of schedule and in just 1 day. In addition, and if you have had other AC installed in the past, he took care of our floors, and cleaned up everything afterwards. He was on site until all tests were successful, and made sure to check with us if there was anything else we wanted then to check. In conclusion, sometimes newcomers come in with a dedication, commitment and detail-orientation to their work that too often is missing from some that have been around for a long time. Would definitely hire again, and just hope he does not get too popular after customer reviews like ours - that we cannot get a future appointment with them.
