Not a good experience. The staff was very friendly until after the deal was signed. Once I purchased a vehicle they were unwilling to fix the DVD player that was broken the first time I opened it. They insist that it was working on the lot and I should have purchased a service plan. They tried to offer me a rate 3x higher than what we settled on, luckily I had already gotten pre approved elsewhere so I knew what my credit could get me in terms of financing. (They did match my other offer but had I not pushed back they would have locked me in at a very high rate). I was drawn here because they had the exact used vehicle I was looking for at a good price. I would just caution anyone to make sure you go over a used vehicle with a fine tooth comb because if you miss anything they will not make it right once you sign. read more

My wife bought two cars from them, and her friend also bought one in the same day. They were supposed to pay up to $2500 in Tax Title and Tag costs, we didn't receive the title in time due to some unknown reason that's not their fault, but is somehow our fault. So now that the cost went up they won't cover it, even though we are no where near the $2500 threshold. $40,000 in a day off of my wife and her friend and they won't cover $100. GM only wanted to argue instead of being people first, told me the only person above him is "Bob Hart himself" and to piss off basically. I want to start by saying they have been ultra-responsive and quick to answer questions. The problem was not from a lack of respect stand point. Here is my buying experience with them: I sent an email late in the night and they contacted me 1st thing on the morning. I have been working with sales and the sales manager on and off for roughly 6 hours! We had worked everything out, down to the floor mats. I had contacted my bank and had my credit run for the approval, i contacted insurance and set everything up for this specific car with the VIN. Only to be called by another manager or the GM (not sure which) to be told "There is nothing in this for me, I'm not making money on your trade, I won't be able to make money on you from service and you're not financing with me" He then offered $3k less on my trade-in than we had previously agreed to. I asked why this wasn't said up-front and he said he just didn't like the deal when it came to his desk. I asked how it would feel if i showed up after agreeing to a price via phone and txt only for me to tell him i will be paying less. He then laughed and said "that's how everyone does it". I wouldn't even write this review if I had been told that the deal wouldn't work from the beginning but to spend all day going back and forth, run my credit for the bank approval and set up insurance only for them to cancel the deal is bad business practice. read more

I bought a truck from this dealership and it was far from a family friendly dealership, they will sneak costs in on you. and when my truck a month after dropped a lifter and had other problems the would not help with any questions on the very expensive insurance that they didn't tell me the actual cost of till i had already bought it, or anything else for that matter. this is the second time that we have purchased a car from bob hart. the first time we bought a used car that we were very happy with, but we didn't like the pressure. how ever, when we needed a new car we went back to bob hart simply because we already knew that we could probably get financed since we had a good payment history with the lender that they had used the first time. what a difference!!! no pressure, no games!!! we went in looking for a used car and drove out with a brand new car with no trade and no down payment at payments almost the same as our current payments had been. no pressure, very informative sales staff. we were in and out in about 90 minutes. in 60 years this is the best experience we've had with a dealership, and the first time that we have made a good recommendation about a dealer. we can't say enough about how happy we are with phil and everyone else. they have made believers of us and when we look for another car our first stop will be at bob hart. read more
