I bought a 2011 Ford F150 4x4 on April 23 2022 nice truck extremely high interest but it's a buy here pay here deal. On June 7th 2022 the engine has total failure and needs to be towed and replaced. Fortunately I had a warranty it takes them weeks to get a new engine and get it installed the entire time was a struggle to get any kind of response about what was going on. They finally get an engine installed just to call and inform me the block on the replacement engine is cracked and it would take several more weeks to get another one. At this time I requested to be traded out of the vehicle and was very clearly told it couldn't and wouldn't be done. As of yesterday July 22 2022 I get a call from Dakota the manager stating that they installed yet another junk engine and has a bottom end knock however they would do me the great favor of trading me out of the truck. Lucky me. I take the time to look on their lot for a trade didn't see anything remotely close to the same quality I asked if I could look at other lots and was told my Dakota I could only choose from the lot inventory or wait on my truck to have its third engine installed. Which really bothered me to no end since my options were to continue to wait weeks for them to complete my truck which was costing me a small fortune in missed wages or sign a long term note on a vehicle that wasn't even the same quality of the one I originally purchased so I spoke with Dakota about this and pretty much get told it is what it is. But he does somehow remember there's a truck in the back he forgot to mention a 2013 Ford 2wd I go to check it out hoping we have some kind of miracle happening battery is dead wouldn't start so I wait in the lobby for an hour while they replace it just to find out the ac doesn't even blow air. I just left. I'm over this place. As of Monday I'm searching for an attorney to help with this situation. Save yourself some heartache and steer clear of this Grove location I don't know if every carmart is this way but I can definitely say Grove's customer service is crap.

The dealership never submitted the form to the the IRS so I could get the $4,000 tax credit. I was told by numerous friends, car dealerships, and business owners to have the car dealership submit the one page form as car dealerships can easily get the tax credit from the IRS. Midwest Motors was not interested in doing this as they were selling this Tesla as a favor to a friend and consultant to their company. I wanted to make it easy on Midwest Motors so I did not press them on doing the work. I am now out $4k as Midwest Motors never submitted one form that confirmed I purchased the car from them, or submitted the one simple form with the incorrect VIN. The owner and team at Midwest Motors was pleasant and easy to work with during the sales processes. However, like many sales transactions, companies are not willing to help after the deal is closed. They have moved on to the next transaction.
