Looks like a great ride BUT the frame is rusting into. They refuse to acknowledge this fact and keep saying that it drives okay and is mechanicly sound. We found out when trying to get the AC unit fixed, the motor mounts and steering column are rusting into. The shop told us to refrain from driving it because it is a severe safety hazard and should have never been sold. My husband has tried numerous times to explain the problem to Nessia but she refuses to deal with it or accept it. They said they could replace the noisy CV joint and fix the AC. Now they are threatening to repo and put it on my husband's credit. My husband and son both have MD and can't deal with this stress. I am afraid they will sell this same life threatening vehicle again to some other unknowing buyer and that person could get seriously injured or die in that vehicle. Definitely buyer beware!

I got charged for a repair that wasn't fixed because as soon as I drove off the lot I heard the loud sound again. I brought it back and one of the senior technicians rode with me so he could hear the sound. He immediately stated it was the clutch fan. I paid for that repair and a couple of months later the sound returned. I brought my truck for that and to replace a Nitros Oxide Sensor. Over two days I called to check on the status, only to be stuck leaving messages. No one ever called me back. I eventually had to talk to a manager who got the service department rep call me. He told me the Nitros Oxcide Sensor needed to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with the clutch fan. I decided to take my truck elsewhere. Bottom line these employees (mechanic and service department rep) are not proficient at their jobs.

At various times in the deal, we worked with four of the various family members to help gather information, do research, and then finalize the paperwork. They were all very friendly and went out of their way to provide things like extra photos to give me enough confidence to buy the plane ticket and come out to Joplin to seal the deal. Everyone knows that buying any used car can be a roll of the dice, but this is perhaps the first time that I have had zero disappointments in buying a second-hand vehicle from a dealer. Thank you again to D & J for making this a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable purchase experience -- and their lunch recommendation was great too!
