We found out when trying to get the AC unit fixed, the motor mounts and steering column are rusting into. The shop told us to refrain from driving it because it is a severe safety hazard and should have never been sold. My husband has tried numerous times to explain the problem to Nessia but she refuses to deal with it or accept it. They said they could replace the noisy CV joint and fix the AC. Now they are threatening to repo and put it on my husband's credit. My husband and son both have MD and can't deal with this stress. I am afraid they will sell this same life threatening vehicle again to some other unknowing buyer and that person could get seriously injured or die in that vehicle. Definitely buyer beware!

I got charged for a repair that wasn't fixed because as soon as I drove off the lot I heard the loud sound again. I brought it back and one of the senior technicians rode with me so he could hear the sound. He immediately stated it was the clutch fan. I paid for that repair and a couple of months later the sound returned. I brought my truck for that and to replace a Nitros Oxide Sensor. Over two days I called to check on the status, only to be stuck leaving messages. No one ever called me back. I eventually had to talk to a manager who got the service department rep call me. He told me the Nitros Oxcide Sensor needed to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with the clutch fan. I decided to take my truck elsewhere. Bottom line these employees (mechanic and service department rep) are not proficient at their jobs.

We were getting discouraged with The shortages of trucks and high prices. My husband called this Patriot location in Pryor and asked if they had any 1 ton trucks available. We really appreciated a person answering the phone, instead of an automation. The salesman, Dalton, checked the lot and texted pictures of 3 trucks within minutes. We told him exactly what we thought was fair for our trade, what we thought the truck was worth, and he made it happen. While we waited for paperwork, he showed us around the remodel and told us about their expansion plans. This place has a small town feel, 100% customer service, transparency, and honesty. Since we had arrived only an hour before closing, we told them we could come back on Monday to do paperwork. They insisted that they didn't mind staying opened late for us and ended up being 2 hours after closing. We look forward to bringing it in for oil changes in the newly remodeled customer area and saying hi. We recommend this place for sure! Thank you Patriot for such a good experience.

NEVER…read moreNEVER NEVER ever take your vehicle to SPEEDYS for any kind of service. we took our vehicle up there because the steering wheel was clicking. our car got misdiagnosed. they claimed it was the rack & pinion and the tire rods. well it wasn't, it was our struts. while speedys was changing out our rack & pinion they stripped out our steering column and our lower rack. had to replace that also. after we paid speedys for the rack, pinion and tire rods i decided to take it to another shop. when i go to leave one of his mechanics ran out to my car and told us "hey we forgot a bolt to underneath your steering wheel" turns out my steering column was missing multiple bolts. we take it there for oil changes constantly, turns out they use RECYCLED OIL. so no wonder our vehicle has been acting up with shifting gears. tried contacting the owner Matthew Sharp and he decides the easiest way to do business is to ignore his customers instead of taking the time to make things right and make sure his mechanics don't fuck peoples vehicles up.
