I've brought my truck in for servicing and to fixed a loud sound coming from engine area. Mechanics claimed to have fixed the problem. I got charged for a repair that wasn't fixed because as soon as I drove off the lot I heard the loud sound again. I brought it back and one of the senior technicians rode with me so he could hear the sound. He immediately stated it was the clutch fan. I paid for that repair and a couple of months later the sound returned. I brought my truck for that and to replace a Nitros Oxide Sensor. Over two days I called to check on the status, only to be stuck leaving messages. No one ever called me back. I eventually had to talk to a manager who got the service department rep call me. He told me the Nitros Oxcide Sensor needed to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with the clutch fan. I decided to take my truck elsewhere. This dealership is under new ownership called Patriot. They have a pretty good selection and awesome customer service! We had looked all day at trucks online and in the Tulsa area. We were getting discouraged with The shortages of trucks and high prices. My husband called this Patriot location in Pryor and asked if they had any 1 ton trucks available. We really appreciated a person answering the phone, instead of an automation. The salesman, Dalton, checked the lot and texted pictures of 3 trucks within minutes. We told him exactly what we thought was fair for our trade, what we thought the truck was worth, and he made it happen. While we waited for paperwork, he showed us around the remodel and told us about their expansion plans. This place has a small town feel, 100% customer service, transparency, and honesty. Since we had arrived only an hour before closing, we told them we could come back on Monday to do paperwork. They insisted that they didn't mind staying opened late for us and ended up being 2 hours after closing. Called for a cost on an oil change and was informed it was $100.00 for my truck. I was fine with that, when I went to pay the cashier it was $160.00. When I told her what was stated on the phone she ignored me. I paid the $160 and to rub salt in the wound, my truck was nearly out of fuel. Hmmm Where do I start....Well they will send you 1000 automated text daily with inaccurate information.... you'll have more than 5 sales people text messaging you, not one of them will have their facts straight. The prices are basically based off they think their cars -are made of gold. So the GM text messages me and acts like he's willing to meet with me on a Saturday then I show up and he's nowhere to be seen so I have several sales people that come up to me and the sales manager which he's a major joke, Daytona, I'm done with the salesman, so I thought the salesmanAger would be better. (Wrong) The vehicle is a jeep which is a 2018 and it's been sitting there over a year they have it advertised with 937 miles but when I ask for actual miles, he says 5000. I show him comparisons. jeeps that are exactly the same...he then kept saying "let's get you into this Jeep" so their website offers that if you live in another state they will fly you out, well I live in California and just so happens I'm out here seeing family so the average ticket would be anywhere from $700-$1000. And I'd say that the average discount on a jeep is a grand to a few thousand. So really this moron should take both of those into play. Instead he comes back with a discount of 1000 if I finance which they will probably make over four grand-5k from that, when I tell him all cash he lowers it to about 800.00. Oh let's not forget when I asked him about the mileage difference he said that was from people who had the car overnight lmao. Ummm okkkk buddy. Worst service, lies! Why in the hell would this Jeep be sitting for at least a year, I was looking this time last year but had not sold my car, well Roberts you are greedy af. Cheers to sitting on that Jeep another year. IT is my experience at Roberts Dodge that that when I purchased a 2012 used Ram pickup truck they sold me a bumper to bumper warranty for 4000.00 dollars that turned out to be just a drivetrain warranty twice or three times I called them to try and discuss this issue and to get some kind of resolution and always they failed to call me back or put me off with the various different excuses. Eventually I told them I just wanted to give them back the warranty and and take my money back. Now I gotta drive 100 miles to get the paperwork to sign to release me from the warranty. I'm not going to recommend Roberts Dodge for anybody they're just not reliable they don't follow up and their service and honesty is just really next to nothing. Ben was a great salesman and treated me well. He even made a trip to Tulsa to replace floor mats that were missing when I purchased. Just make sure you know that rebates and financing specials are not combinable. Assuming that is the same at all Dodge dealers. Also was told over the phone what documentation was needed for a rebate but the information was not correct. These are the reasons for 4 stars rather than 5. ROBERTS AUTO GROUP FORD dealership is the worst dealership to buy from. They have screwed me over. In September, I drove out to Pryor (an hour away) to go look at this car along with my two kids. Before I went to the dealership I stopped by my bank, to see if I would get approved for my car, which I did and got all the paper work I needed to take with me to the dealership. Once I got there Austin Hamby showed me the car. The car was EXTREMELY dirty inside and out. The seats were sticky, candy wrappers thrown places, toy wrappers under the seats, a sea shell was found, lollipop sticks stuck to the floor. I gave him TWO days prior to when I would be coming so this car should have been spotless to present it to a customer. The car got sent back to be cleaned while I did the paperwork. Austin said he could get me the best deal, which did not turn to be the best deal so I still went with my bank. Austin was very forgetful about many things, kept forgetting paperwork that needed to be signed. THREE HOURS goes by and what are we waiting on now? For the car to be cleaned! THREE hours they had to clean the car. Not a single customer in the store. Sales people are just sitting around on their cell phones not doing a damn thing. The car is finally "cleaned" and brought back up to the front. The windows are smeared, the car did not get washed on the outside, only rinsed with water. Still shit on the floor, the cleaning supplies were still in the car. I could have done a better job myself. I was transferring my belongings to the car and Austin had offered to put the stroller in the trunk. He put it in the and shut the trunk door. He put the folder in the car which should've had my papers in there. Now mind you, I'm doing all of this with two young children. At that point I was ready to be done with the place. I get home and notice that in the trunk, there is a huge piece of the plastic has been broken (most likely from the stroller being put in) it was not like that when I first saw the car and the only time the trunk has been touched was when it was getting "cleaned" or when Austin put in the stroller. Not a damn word was said about that. I'm playing around with my car and notice that my third row head rest do not work. I texted and called Austin to let him know. I haven't even had the car for 5 hours after I left the dealership and I started noticing this shit. He never told me once about either. Austin said the service department would look at my car and see what they can do. I drove an hour to Pryor for them to look at my car. 30 minutes goes by and he told me that all of the crew wasn't there to fix it. I wasted my time and gas to drive up there for them to tell me that the whole crew wasn't there. Once again, very VERY very forgetful for Austin to do so. A couple of days goes by and I'm telling him to loan me a rental while they fix it since my warranty that I got from my bank covers it. I don't hear a damn word from him for a week. Bad customer service right there. I called and texted him. Like who in the hell is going to sit in the third row with no head rest! I went up there again, for them to tell me that they would need to contact my bank to see what kind of warranty I had to see how much it was going to costs, etc.. then proceeded to tell me that they would come get my car and replace it with a loaner the upcoming week. That week goes by. No phone call, nothing. I texted him, no response. I asked to speak to the manager because he is the one who drove the car for a little while and knew about the head rests not working and did not tell me about it. Also the one who left the car completely trashed. Never once did I get to speak to the manager because he would never call me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Two months goes by and I was just done with the place. They took advantage of me since I went there alone with my two kids. WHO DOES THAT? It was now November and I'm getting letter after letter, 15 letters saying that places have ran my credit. 15 places have ran my credit because Austin said he could get me the best deal. Never once did he mention that my credit was going to be ran 15 times. Now I have bad credit thanks to Austin. I contacted him and demanded my paperwork because he did not give me copies. I don't remember filling out a credit application, so I asked him to see everything. I even went back up to Pryor to see everything. He would not let me see my credit application which I know I did not fill out. I don't think that is legal to run someone's credit without their consent. Now I wasn't going to post anything because I'm not the type of person to do so but as of today, I got another letter in the mail. It is December 30th, 2017 saying that they ran my credit. 16th hard inquiry from Roberts Auto Group. What a terrible experience. We live about two hours away, but they had a truck we really liked, so I called ahead to make sure they take outside financing and my husband drove to look at it. He got to the dealership, and they had lost the keys. It took over an hour for them to be located. The truck was as advertised. After deciding to go forward with the purchase, we provided them contact info for our financing, and it went even more downhill. They sat him in a corner for over an hour with no communication and literally treated him like a second rate citizen. They did not have anyone who knew anything about financing there, so they had to bring a person from a different dealership to get stuff going. My husband has a muscle twitch, and the guy makes fun of him! At this point, he walked out. A little by later, a manager called me to apologize and was nice. I gave them one star because you can't give them zero stars! They had a used car advertised at $5950, I called and offered $5000,which the salesman....Forest.......Accepted. I drove two hours to get there ....I live in NW Arkansas. after getting there they ignored me for 10 minutes so I asked for Forest, a guy pointed him out. I introduced myself , he told me he was busy but Jimmy would help me. After a fifteen minute wait Jimmy comes up and tells me they don't have the car....it's in Tulsa, but he could have it there in an hour, hour and a half at the most. I spent TWO hours wandering beautiful Pryor in 100+ degree heat to give them plenty of time. When I get back to the dealership Jimmy tells me it'll only be 15 or 20 more minutes, they're on their way and stopped for gas. After another 40 minutes Jimmy comes up and tells me they don't know where the car is....can't find it !!!! I told them to call me when they found it.....two hours back home.....That's SEVEN hours of my life wasted. Next morning I get a text with a picture of the car at the dealership and a message telling me to come and get it. I message back that I can't come that day because I have to handle the business I put off the day before to go over there, but I would be in at 10am the following morning. They agreed. The next morning about 10 minutes before I left I get a text from them saying the car is now $7500! I text back explaining that I had a confirmed deal and had already wasted seven hours on this and the guy pretty much told me that they didn't care! I was lied to and lied to and lied to.......over and over again! I've tried several times to call the Manager....Ryan Butterfield.....but he is ALWAYS tied up. These people are unbelievable !!!!! The narcissism of the manager reeks, He has no problem making of fool of himself. They illegally deposited our deposit in the bank then got irrational when we wanted it back. They tried to sell us two used trucks but both had bad engines then got very upset when we asked for our deposit back. The manager tried to act tough with his 10 goon sales men behind him backing him up. I just had to laugh at the gull and unprofessionalism that was displayed by this Little boy with his failed five o clock shadow. I thought he was going to cry because he was so mad. I might add that he came at us acting very irrational in front of other customers, I guess he was wanting to show off in front of his minions but failed miserably, I kinda felt sorry for the boy but maybe not so much. Purchasing a used Jeep from Roberts has been a fist full or errors, lies, deceit and incompetence. We bought a used Jeep that had some minor issues. They "fixed" the issues before we left and we were assured everything was good. After discovering the issues were not "fixed" I called them and actually spoke with someone after a short 15 minute hold and having to hear how busy he was. I was told to bring it in and they would see what they could do because they were awfully busy, this is a 120 mile round trip. We took it to another dealer and the issues were resolved which I paid for. They issued the temp tag with the wrong Vin # but I was assured the correct one was going to be placed in the mail the next day. I explained I was going to be on a three week trip and needed the correct tag, No Problem. Arrived back three weeks later and guess what, no replacement tag. Went to register the vehicle and it turns out the title I had been sent was not the correct one because they had applied for a duplicate. Now I will wait another ten days to get the correct title. After ten days I called and was told they just received it that the day before which is odd because that was Columbus Day when the post office was closed. She said it will be sent out overnight for delivery Wednesday am. UPS came and went and guess what no title. Called and was told it went out but will check. Now the new UPS guy is at fault because he didn't pick it up so tomorrow it is. Finally after 6 weeks I have my title. They do have the nerve to charge a $349 documentation fee. I guess that is so they can redo all of the documents they issue. After several attempts they did refund the doc fee. They give used car dealers a bad name. Like I said Dealing with them was either total incompetence or outright fraud. If they are the only dealer around, I will walk. read more

Contacted dealer and got details of the vehicle, and was assured that there was a sun roof, and he had personally spoke with the manager and assured that they they would "wheel and deal" on the cost to get it to my bottom line. So we drove an hour and a half one way to buy. Not only was every thing false, no sun roof, no room to work on cost, the two vehicles we looked in had trash, mud in them. One had old McDonald's bag in it and one had dirty napkins stuffed in the cup holder, and a low tire. Like they never inspected it when it came in. I have never seen such a poor facility. One vehicle I brought the manager out and asked him if it was for sale because of how dirty it was and the amount of trash in it. I should have read these reviews before going to this dealership- SO PLEASE READ AND BUYERS BEWARE. Prior to going to the dealership I had several conversations with 2 salesman about the vehicle I wants to purchase. We drove down from Kansas thinking we were getting a good deal. When we arrive the vehicle was filthy dirty. We thought that was odd knowing we were coming. We did purchase the vehicle and when we cleaned it up we found the hail damage that was never disclosed to us during the entire process from the first phone call. It was then obvious why they had the vehicle so dirty. Yes shame on us for not looking closer but they were slick and convincing and have an obligation to disclose the damage. They also did not disclose the damage they did repair as the remaining damage was just on the roof camouflaged. They also did not report any of this for the Carfax report as it was clear. So don't trust that either. You cannot trust these people at all as they are crooks and con artist. BEWARE!!! read more
