What should have been a simple vehicle purchase has turned into an ongoing nightmare. I was sold a vehicle that had serious issues almost immediately, and instead of taking responsibility, the dealership has refused to provide any real help or solutions. Once they had my money, the level of customer service dropped off completely. It's also very concerning that both salespeople who handled my purchase no longer work there, especially given everything that has gone wrong since. That alone raises major red flags about how this dealership operates. On top of that, they mishandled my paperwork so badly that I am currently unable to pay my sales tax or even register my vehicle. This is basic dealership responsibility, and their failure to correct it has left me stuck in a situation that should never have happened. Every attempt to get this resolved has been met with excuses, runaround, and zero accountability. I am now dealing with a faulty vehicle and a paperwork mess, all because this dealership refuses to step up and fix their mistakes. At this point, I am exploring filing formal complaints with the appropriate agencies, because this situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. This experience has been unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind--do not buy from this dealership.

I worked with Joe, who was genuinely helpful, he sent me a picture of the Jeep ensuring that it was still available, he set up a remote appraisal for my BMW M3 Competition X-drive and got me the information I needed. We agreed on trade numbers, and Joe told me that management would be sending over the full deal with the Jeep and my trade. That's where things went downhill. By Tuesday, Joe was off but still trying to help me on his day off (which says a lot about him). Management, on the other hand, couldn't be bothered. When I called in, Tyler asked me to complete a credit application before even seeing any numbers, which is backwards, but fine, I played along. I submitted it within 30 minutes. Then, crickets. Hours later, I called again and spoke with Jess, who said they were "waiting on approval from a credit union." Still no pricing, no breakdown, nothing concrete. By Wednesday 3-days into this circus; Joe returned to work only to discover that the Jeep I'd been negotiating on was sold out from under me. Let that sink in: they ran my credit, dragged me along for days, never once showed me a quote, and then sold the vehicle while my salesperson was off. That's not "miscommunication." That's sneaky, sloppy dealership management. You don't make a customer submit a credit app without showing them the numbers first, and you certainly don't sell the car they're working a deal on without so much as a call or email. I was ready to drive 5+ hours to buy from them, but their management team made sure that never happened. I've brought my truck in for servicing and to fixed a loud sound coming from engine area…read more Mechanics claimed to have fixed the problem. I got charged for a repair that wasn't fixed because as soon as I drove off the lot I heard the loud sound again. I brought it back and one of the senior technicians rode with me so he could hear the sound. He immediately stated it was the clutch fan. I paid for that repair and a couple of months later the sound returned. I brought my truck for that and to replace a Nitros Oxide Sensor. Over two days I called to check on the status, only to be stuck leaving messages. No one ever called me back. I eventually had to talk to a manager who got the service department rep call me. He told me the Nitros Oxcide Sensor needed to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with the clutch fan. I decided to take my truck elsewhere. Bottom line these employees (mechanic and service department rep) are not proficient at their jobs.

We were getting discouraged with The shortages of trucks and high prices. My husband called this Patriot location in Pryor and asked if they had any 1 ton trucks available. We really appreciated a person answering the phone, instead of an automation. The salesman, Dalton, checked the lot and texted pictures of 3 trucks within minutes. We told him exactly what we thought was fair for our trade, what we thought the truck was worth, and he made it happen. While we waited for paperwork, he showed us around the remodel and told us about their expansion plans. This place has a small town feel, 100% customer service, transparency, and honesty. Since we had arrived only an hour before closing, we told them we could come back on Monday to do paperwork. They insisted that they didn't mind staying opened late for us and ended up being 2 hours after closing. We look forward to bringing it in for oil changes in the newly remodeled customer area and saying hi. We recommend this place for sure! Thank you Patriot for such a good experience.
