Awesome to get you into a car after that your on your own!…read more i appreciate them getting me into a car with all my credit issues i have and because of that i have made all my payments on time some of them even early. i have had the car almost 8 months now and i feel like i have actually had the car maybe 3 months cause there attempting to "fix it" i have paid out of my own money to take it to two bid dealers chevy and toyota to diagnose these issues and then gave them to carmart and said hey these are the issues please fix them 7 months later i am still waiting for them to be fixed. the parts they put on our rusted out and used and they sometimes like to broke parts on your vehicle. o-yeah the mounted the gps on my radio and cracked the dash doing it and so while i am listing to the radio even when its not on, it likes to push loud static over my speakers. so run!!!

Bought a vehicle from them Oct 1st and still don't have my vehicle because of one excuse after another! We bought it and wasn't able to take it home that night because after we bought it they informed us that it had to go through there inspection process, no problem with that, get a call the next day, saying it needs all 4 struts replaced. Still okay at this point not extremely happy but trying to be understanding about the situation, well I get told at first that they are doing the repairs, then it changes to the auction company they bought it from is going to do the repairs, then it changes to the front 2 struts replaced, auction company finally gets the vehicle, and supposedly fixes it they call me me last Thursday's evening to pick it up, I get it the tpms sensor on the driver side isn't working they say I might have to drive it a little bit for it to reset, no big deal, I drive it home it drives like shit! Worse than when we test drove it, I send a txt to my salesman letting him know then my husband starts looking it over and guess what they only replaced the passenger side front strut, not the driver side front, then we notice that it also has a screw in the new tire on the passenger side front... hmmm then we are looking it over some more like what did they do to my car! We also see where it now has a crack across the top of the passenger side corner of the windshield... like wtf??? How is it possible to get a vehicle back in worse condition.. best part about it is I take it back up there and I wait 45 mins for them to decide to keep it and have service look at it next day, they claim they will give regular updates throughout this whole thing, have they no! Do I have to practically hound them for updates and answers yes! Do we even know at this point on how honest the answers are hell no! Oh and had to go up there in person yesterday Oct 12th to speak to Joey to get some answers did he know anything no! Are they still trying to have it repaired by the same auction company that didn't even fix it the first time yes, and apparently I am just supposed to be okay with how ever long that process is going to take, have they fixed the other issues hell no! No one at this dealership that I have spoken to have done a single thing they said they were going to do, not even give a damn update! Talk about some customer service! Oh only thing they have done is give me a loaner, and pay for a tank of gas! I even asked them to escalate this to someone that can make decision to get this resolved asap, heck they can't even do that! As of today my car is still in the same place I left it Friday! So in case anyone is wondering how they treat there customers that spend almost 50k on a vehicle this is it! Shiiiiitttttyyyy!!!!!!
