Awesome to get you into a car after that your on your own!…read more i appreciate them getting me into a car with all my credit issues i have and because of that i have made all my payments on time some of them even early. i have had the car almost 8 months now and i feel like i have actually had the car maybe 3 months cause there attempting to "fix it" i have paid out of my own money to take it to two bid dealers chevy and toyota to diagnose these issues and then gave them to carmart and said hey these are the issues please fix them 7 months later i am still waiting for them to be fixed. the parts they put on our rusted out and used and they sometimes like to broke parts on your vehicle. o-yeah the mounted the gps on my radio and cracked the dash doing it and so while i am listing to the radio even when its not on, it likes to push loud static over my speakers. so run!!!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Ask for Brad!…read more After a long, stressful search for the right Golf R, I finally found the perfect one at James Hodge Ford in Muskogee, OK and it was Brad who made it all happen. I can't say enough good things about him. From the first call, Brad was chill, honest, and super easy to work with no pushy sales tactics, just good energy and real conversation. I had to go through my credit union for financing, which caused some delays since the check had to be overnighted. Despite that, Brad held the car for me and stayed in touch the whole time without ever making me feel pressured. On pickup day, I flew into Tulsa and of course, a storm hit. My flight was delayed, stuck on the tarmac for another hour, and I arrived almost 2 hours late. Brad didn't complain once. He waited for me, then picked me up at the airport and drove me an hour to the dealership like it was no big deal. That kind of patience and professionalism is rare. When I finally saw the car, it was perfect. 100% stock, just what I'd been hunting for, and the steering wheel TPM was already done. The whole process was smooth, and Brad made what could have been a stressful purchase feel like picking up a car from a friend. He really helped me get my dream car, and I'm beyond grateful. These people are thieves and liars. I took my car in for a check engine light. They replaced the…read moreauxiliary water pump and said it was fixed. That cost $1450 dollars. A few days later the light came back on. They now said it was a wiring problem. They kept my car most of the summer. The water pump was not the problem. I have the old pump and it works fine. They offered no apology or refund. I still don't know exactly what they did to my car. Stay far away from this business.
