Took my vehicle to be repaired after an encounter with a coyote. Six weeks later and innumerable excuses later i finally got my "finished" vehicle back. I made the mistake of not doing a walk around. Later I saw the front grill not only broken but still containing organic matter from said coyote. When contacted the service representative said my insurance company had not approved getting it fixed. Later when pressed because no proof existed of a denial, he said well " that's what his service guy said". So along with ineptitude there seems to be an issue with telling things as they actually are. When I pointed it out there was a cavalier attitude about not only what occurred but the general occurrence. Not only would I NOT reccomend them it borders on suit worthy. read more
