They were all very friendly and went out of their way to provide things like extra photos to give me enough confidence to buy the plane ticket and come out to Joplin to seal the deal. Everyone knows that buying any used car can be a roll of the dice, but this is perhaps the first time that I have had zero disappointments in buying a second-hand vehicle from a dealer. The original price was $8700. and was submitted as so. When I got back the manager said I was denied and needed 2000. down. ??? I denied that so he resubmitted the request for $10,700. My financial service denied the second claim for the same vehicle! The manager then called me and said I was denied. Sad by this news I called my financial service and they then informed me of the above ! My financial services found me a great car at an honest dealership! I don't even want to give them one star but my female sales associate was good.

We had 2 other appointments that day, but we decided to cancel them because we'd already found our car. That gave us some time back. It helped that we had already rented the make and model and liked it. I liked the no haggle policy. I wouldn't like it if the price hadn't been good, but I have better things to do than haggle. At most dealers, if you don't haggle, you pay extra. The sales process went smoothly. Edward was new but knew what he was doing and managers helped him. They got the paperwork done quickly and brought our car out with a big green bow on it and we were off to lunch.

He added full warranty coverage (for a price) for up to 110,000 miles on the car. They have dozens of vehicles on the lot and the ability to view and acquire inventory from other sites.
