When we were eventually helped, the waitress made a significant issue out of the ID requirements and explained that we could not sit at the bar without one. I completely understand that there are guidelines and policies that employees are required to follow; however, it was the way the situation was communicated that made the interaction feel unnecessarily negative and unwelcoming. Overall, the service and customer experience were disappointing, and unfortunately, it left a poor impression.

I'd bring any folks from out of town here. I'll be back!

I was totally surprised by this totally unwarranted addition to the bill. Some restaurants have adapted and additional surcharge due to the service fee added by credit card companies. It is a surcharge every restaurant has paid for decades every time a credit card is used which the restaurant builds into their prices. Now they are gouging us by adding the surcharge to our bill with no explanation. Even if you pay cash or use a debit card ( which has no additional charge ) they still charge you more. I will not return to this restaurant again. Greed seems to affect some owners. IF they would disclose this BEFORE ordering, it would give you a choice to stay or go somewhere else. Unfortunately this may affect tops in the future even hough the server has nothing to do with this greed. But if the servers don't make tips, the owners may revisit the decision.

I don't like that but the staff is completely rude and disrespectful, borderline hostile. They will go out of their way passive aggressively, and it is an unimaginable recurring event. I've been to this restaurant almost 20 times probably this year, with friends and family, and business colleagues, and it almost turns out the same time every time. The restaurants policy is not to share food, so even if you feed your four-year-old child some of your eggs, they will charge you for an entire separate entrée of food. Mind you, that is an entire entrée food you did not receive... But got charged for... I am extremely stunned that lawsuits have not blossom from this location. I'm ashamed to have eaten there so much, honestly. One of the major concerns I have with his restaurant is accountability and integrity. It's not just one employee or event, but it has been handfuls of employees and dozens of visits. I highly recommend you think twice before visiting this restaurant, or at least visit with low expectations. And please, check your food before eating it, three times this year I've had multiple friends order the chicken and it was uncooked, and they got food poisoning. I really think someone needs to report this restaurant to the health department, they are clearly in violation. And perhaps a better business bureau because the moral compass they are currently embracing is very embarrassing.
