After being told I was wrong by our waitress' Ashlyn, I was not impressed (I was not wrong). The service was less than spectacular.... The food was good. My husband ordered pie... we waited longer for his pie than our dinner. The thing that finally got me... was having to sit with dirty dishes while waiting for the pie.... And when it came she left the dirty plates there. When she brought the bill... there they sat! Unbelievable! read more

Ordered online & picked up our order. Got home and discovered a whole meal was missing. Along with syrups, a biscuit, etc. Went back to pick up the missing meal. Got home and there was a hair in it. Will be a while before ordering from there again. read more

Staid at a hotel near by and ate here for breakfast! Food was yummy and the staff was kind and friendly!

I had the double meat protein skillet which is apparently two slices of bacon and a fried egg on top of a skillet full of raw green peppers onions and tomatoes. The vegetables were completely uncooked. my daughter had a burger which she couldn't eat because the bun was soggy and wet and even my 8 year old wouldn't eat her pancakes because she said they tasted bad. This kid never leaves pancakes. so now I'll spend more money in an hour to feed hungry kids. Everything was rushed and thrown together and undercooked. They won't get my money again. read more

Me and my wife go here quite frequently mostly for breakfast and over the last year I've noticed that the portions have gotten a lot smaller and the price just keeps going up , my son and I went for breakfast this morning and I had the country fried steak breakfast, and when it came to our table each egg would fit on the top of a soda can and there may have been a half a cup of shredded hash browns and the steak was about the size of a small burger.I understand that chain restaurants are only in it for the money but when portion size to price ratio is this for apart maybe it's time to stop patronizing this restaurant. bob evans plus doordash equals total incompetance and why 20 dollars an hr forcrestraunt workers is laughable. sent completely wrong order both companies put blame on the other. now stuck with 100.00 dollars worth of food i didnt order why another customer has my order. and to boot took money of my card in less than 3 minutes but refund in 5 to 7 buisness days total trash worse customer service ever. so my assumption is 1 incompetant employee bagged the orders in wrong bags with wrong reciepts sent out door dash didnt double check orders dropped of and ran so your stuck with food you dont want cause not what you ordered why they sit on your money 5 to 7 days so you eat what you didnt order or you spend more money and get what you didnt want cause 2 incompetant companies wanna point fingers rather than fix a damn issue. read more

What fantastic customer service we started our experience with. Both Managers greeted our group of 20 at the door and because we called ahead they had our table already set up. We were on our way to a dance and needed somewhere a large group could fit, and this was the largest option. After we placed our order with Emily, our patient and sweet waitress, they were generous by giving us complimentary biscuits and apatizers. They were a selection of appetizers from the menu and a nice gesture. We did have to wait quit a while for our main food to come out, but I'm not sure that they are used to such a large group. When it did come out it was hot and all our orders were just as ordered. Considering our size, they did a good job accommodating us. read more

I cannot go to a city and not eat at Bob Evans and have their Pot Roast Sandwich with a bowl of their Chicken Noodle Soup. It's incredible!

Arrived here on New Years Day around 12:30 pm. (Nothing else was open). We were seated immediately and when asked for our drink order, my sister & I both asked for a water as well as a hot chocolate. My mom asked for a water, and although she received a regular-sized glass of water, my sister & I both received the smallest glass of water I have ever seen...I guess since we were having hot chocolate as well, the waiter assumed we would have enough to drink. After ordering food, we waited a good 30 minutes before receiving it...I ordered the pork sandwich w/French fries..the sandwich was very good, however, the fries leave a lot to be desired. During the meal, the waiter was scarce...both my sister & I had had empty water glasses during the entire meal, & never did receive a refill. We were quickly brought the check some time later, but I still had half of my food left on my plate & was never asked if I would like a box. We sat at the table for yet another 10 minutes after we were finished eating hoping the waiter would appear so we could get a box. He never did come back. My sister, my mom & I did like the food, it's the service that needs some major improvement. read more
