I placed an online order and arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up. I was told to park and it would be brought back. 10 minutes pass by and a girl comes out with 3 drinks, 2 were wrong so she went back in. 15 more minutes pass by so my husband went inside to see what was going on. he finally came out with our order. he said the staff told him the wait was due to the eggs not being read. A few miles down the road I check the drinks. they were still wrong and none of the breakfast sandwiches had egg on them. We constantly have issues with this store but this is the final straw. we won't be back. read more

The staff was extremely rude. I ordered and sugarfree vanilla latte with splenda sweetner and I tasted it before leaving and there was absolutely no sweetener so I asked for some and was told they didn't have splenda very rudly and I asked shouldn't you have told me that when I ordered it not after I paid for it and you just made me whatever you wanted. If I could give no stars I would. My mom and I have never been to a Tim Hortons and on Christmas eve we decided to try it out for the first time. We went inside and waited at the counter to be waited on. Employees kept walking by us and looking but wouldn't speak a word. After about five mins of standing there and listening to them talk about stocking, my mom asked the girls behind the counter if they weren't taking inside orders today and ALL THREE OF THEM flat out ignored us. I know they heard her. So needless to say we left and went somewhere else to spend money. I will never try a Tim Hortons now because of this experience. Big mistake.. Huge. read more

Worse place to go if you are expecting good service.. myself and two other folks waiting inside to place an order for 20 minutes, not one person made eye contact to at least acknowledge we were standing there. They had 4 people working behind the counter all focusing on drive through. When I finally spoke up, the person that I was talking to looked at me with discussed look and said nothing. I go there frequently, almost daily, and very rarely do they get my order right. I always get the same thing and it is only right about 3 out of the 6 or 7 days I go. I'm not sure if they have issues with the speaker or problems following orders, wether it's the wrong kind of tea or wrong kind of bagel, they never seem to get it right. And I know several people personally who have had the same issues. Never going again. You have lost a loyal customer!!! read more

Manager, heavy set lady who I've never seen smile, was "cleaning" while at least 5 people in line and could clearly see the disgusting mess she was sweeping out from under the drive thru station. Old food, trash, wet globs of unknown substance. I was here 11/12/18 @11:45am. I ordered a coffee, bagel, and donut. I stood waiting for someone to hear me say "excuse me" for several minutes while staff was all yelling at each other for different reasons. Not even the manager who was closest to me acknowledged I was needing something. I needed splenda. They were out, which they usually are when I go inside. I was handed my bagel finally and my cashier moved on to take another order. Her name was Alia. She had half the next order made before she, very hatefully, said "Do you need something?" She didn't say sorry for the wait or anything. Just grabbed my donut, threw it in a bag, and said, "Here." I come to this Tim Hortons very often. St least 3 or 4 times a week. Because of work I'm often stopping by in the dinner hours for a treat at the end of the day. I normally go through drive thru because inside is always a mess behind the counter and staff always seems irritated and lost. 9/10 times I come by they are out of the donuts I prefer and I settle for something else. 3 or 4 hours before closing shouldn't they still have everything they sell? Also training needs to include tone of voice, smiling, and keeping disagreements away from customers ears. If this town had a better option in the evenings I'd never come here again. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced. We asked for 2 cold brews with cold foam and the Manager wanted us to use whipped cream instead of the cold foam. We wanted the cold foam that originally came with the drink. The Manager threw a fit because she didn't know how to make the cold foam, didn't care, and handed us a latte with chocolate in it. She was rude, disrespectful, and we didn't get what we paid for. read more

Poor service despite being the only ones there at 11 AM. We waited awhile after the drive thru for our breakfast sandwiches, which was ok, but then didn't even get some of our order and the wrong sandwich with no explanation or receipt. I think they expected us to drive off. When I went inside and questioned I was told they were out of Croissants-which is understandable, it was a late breakfast, but communicate with your customers that you substituted sandwiches. I had to ask for the receipt to ensure it was correct. I hadn't gotten part of the order but decided it wasn't worth it to reorder. And the sandwiches we did receive we old and smashed. They did however charge us correctly which I will give credit for. read more

Service was horrible. They all have attitude. The girl working drive thru made a scene in front of me because someone asked what kind of donuts they had. And then the guy who fixed my coffee said have a nice day and I didn't say it loud enough back apparently and he said or not!!! Horrible attitudes. Never again. read more

The previous review was pretty generous with their "75% of the time wrong" review. I'm gonna have to say for me it's closer to 90%! I go for long periods of boycotting and then against my better judgement I'll go through the drive thru and then sure enough they have my blood pressure spiked. There are limited options In Coshocton but there are definitely better options than this. read more

I've never been treated so rudely in my life! They've never been friendly but I really enjoy the tea. Today the newer male employee, he literally was mocking me ordering and forgot to shut the window. He always messes up my order anyway and I literally never say anything but he decided when can't even get an order right it was a good idea to mock me ? read more

I come here all the time with my mom & we love it. We try to eat new things every time we go & we haven't been disappointed ever!

The place is a joke, every order I have placed 75% of the time is wrong from knowing the difference between vanilla cream-filled to custard, or placing regular whip to chocolate they are NEVER get it correct. The only reason it's busy, it's the only drive-through donut shop in town. Iced cappuccino machine is always down they claim they're waiting for a part. Before I left for Fort Benning GA it was down and a month later when I get back, it is still down. Always hiring. Make the trip to Zanesville or Newark they are amazing. read more
