Went there for the first time, bar seating is open but spaced out. People wearing mask while walking around but normal while sitting. I asked for recommendations and order 3 wings that were delicious, side salad and baked potato with queso & Chili. Everyone there was enjoying themselves, service was friendly and there at the right time. The White bbq sauce was great. Pool tables were open. The whole place is trying to bring back normalcy to this crazy pandemic. Outside patio was open but cold. Great place great service and wings. I'll be back soon. read more

Bartender "AJ" (I think that was her name?) asked me to meet her in the bathroom because she wanted to "stick a finger in my butthole." I denied her request and then the next day I tired to go back but was informed I wasn't allowed in the establishment because apparently she reported me for selling drugs. I'm not even from the area. I'm not even remotely close to the area. I'm an attorney and was consulting another attorney in the area on a federal case. I didn't really make a big scene because really now what is "boars nest," does anyone even go there? It didn't look particularly busy in there but either way... this establishment needs to rethink their business practices. Also, overheard "AJ" talking to coworkers about her husband and all their personal business. Yikes, not a good look for business like oh wow. Get out, I lived here for a little while before I moved to Las Vegas and I loved going and trying all the bars in the area because they all had different cool things about them. But I had never gone to boars nest, I flew in last night 1/16/2020 and met up with all my friends we hit a few different bars and decided to head to boars nest to end the night, upon entering I noticed it was super bright in there,they have pool and music and life size Jenga, we sat up at the bar and there were two bartenders both female, we sat there for about 10 mins before one by the name of Jessica or Jessie as some were calling her finally attended to us with the worst attitude ever we ordered drinks and there wasn't a smile or anything she was more concerned with helping the "men" sitting at the bar, she was just all around rude and I was disappointed in the service I received needless to say we couldn't end the night there with that type of service, no thank you boars nest, very disappointing. read more

Surprised by all the bad reviews because my experience was good. As someone else stated, having smokers right by the front door is a BAD IDEA! Stop this, Boar's Nest, it's disgusting. Otherwise, I sat at the bar and was greeted warmly and informed them I was an out of town visitor. The bartender gave me her opinion on what she liked the best off of the menu and I ended up with the All American Burger, medium, with fries. It arrived cooked medium, as requested! Boars nest is my favorite place to go in Rogers. Parking is great! I never have had to look for parking here. They have good specials and if you have kids, kids eat free ALL days of the week. The window says so. The waitresses and bartenders are easy to talk to and are friendly. Beer is always cold and they have never been out of what I was drinking. Jukebox and pool table are great for hanging out and just having fun! Now if you are going to take one thing from my review, let it be this... anyone can claim to have the bet wings... Boars nest can prove it. Their wings are the biggest you will find in town. Bigger isn't always better, sure. But when paired with their sauce bucket and with how they are smoked and dry rubbed with the perfect blend of spices, good luck beating them. What's better than beer, wings, and awesome staff? Today was a special treat because there was GUMBO and hot water cornbread-- simply delicious! There was an obvious set of regulars in attendance and that made the atmosphere so much more fun! The place is big, well lit with TV all over but what spacious place the have, they lack patrons and wait staff. Food came in 15 min. Just an update, came here on kids request. We ordered the Rosco. When you come here check your drinks because they usually ALWAYS have hairS in them. If you go here and try to play music make sure it's STRICTLY country music because if it's not the racist staff will turn the volume down and say it's because of customer complaint and then go turn it back up when country music plays but in reality it's not. They allow customer to go in their bar area and socialize. Staff will ignore you and stand around on their phones. (According to the menu: "Fritos topped with pork, beans, slaw and shredded cheddar cheese, $8.99") I got a bowl of room temperature frito's, with a side cup of each of the toppings. Not a "pie". Just four cups of ingredients for you to mix for yourself. (I mixed them and microwaved them in my hotel room and put some photos up...please judge for yourself.) Tried the new Boars Nest location, even though I have never had the one in F'ville but we wanted to watch the game and they took over the former Louie's location. The set up is the same so plenty of tvs at the bar, around the walls and many of the booths have their own tv's. Still very cool. Now onto the food. Its considered Delta BBQ and cajun food. Many choices. The two I was with had a brisket sandwich and a smoked chicken sandwich. They were both "meh" on their review and said they had had better. I sampled the gumbo, which looked green instead of brown. Way too spicy and peppery for me. I was not in the mood for BBQ and ordered the catfish. I didn't read the fine print describing the meal but ti was battered in a light "spicy" batter. Well, it tasted as though I was eating buffalo wild wings. Not enjoyable at all. Not really filets, little pieces at that. The fries are those battered look fries-not my favorite and then there was 3 huge hushpuppies. Well they were raw in the middle, Gooey dough so I sent them back. They brought more out. Raw again. It took 5 minutes to get the waitress to understand my requested drink order-sweet tea with sweet tea vodka and it took 20 min to get our check. I doubt I will visit this joint again. read more

This is nothing like the Boars Nest in the Dukes of Hazzard back in the late 70s and early 80s. The bar is in the shape of a baggage claim at a small airport. You can also play Jenga with some oversized blocks as well. read more

I really try to be positive. I get this is primarily a bar. But if you're going to offer your food up on a service like BiteSquad, one would just think they would welcome the extra business. First you have to get past everyone smoking right outside the front door. When I picked up my order I was promptly greeted by the bartender but she seemed to be dismayed and inconvenienced by the fact I was picking up an online order. She then went back to finishing taking orders from the bar and then filling those drink orders all while my food sat on the bar. The fried pickles were terrible, they were limp and cold. No crunch at all. The ranch was the best part. The chicken wings were good, probably worth the two stars alone. Not sure we will be trying this place again. read more

Customer service is not something thats well practiced at this place. I go often and every single time i go the customer service is not good. They take for ever to take your order. The employees seem to only take care of people they know or other employees who are off and are having drinks on their off days. Ive even had to leave 1 time because we waited about 15 minutes and no one ever came to even get our drinks and this place was empty. This place is never ever packed. So i don't see why employees lack. So if you don't mind the bad customer service then this place is a pretty good place to hang out. They have great music, good atmosphere and pool tables. Stopped in to watch Arkansas/ A&M game during a recent trip to Northwest Arkansas. Food was great. The wings are awesome. I also enjoyed the Papa Joe sandwich. They have a good selection of draft beers. Definitely a place that I will visit again when my travels bring me back to Fayetteville. read more
