The entry into boardwalk hall for a concert ran smoothly. There were several lines that checked you before entry. Once inside it was easy to find food , merch, and the seats.

The Boardwalk Hall Auditorium Organ (aka the Midmer-Losh or the Poseidon) is a pipe organ that was completed at the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey in December 1932. It was built by the now defunct Midmer-Losh Organ Company that was based in Merrick, New York. The organ has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for being the largest pipe organ ever constructed, the loudest musical instrument, and the largest musical instrument on Earth. The organ features 33,112 pipes and the console features 7 manuals of keys. The organ's wind supply is the most-powerful ever used in a pipe organ. It has not been fully functional since 1944, when the Great Atlantic Hurricane swept across a large portion of the east coast. The subterranean floors of Boardwalk Hall were flooded with seawater for several days. The organ has been going through a restoration process for several years. As of this writing, only 67% of the instrument's functionality is operational. The organ can be seen each weekday at 12 noon (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) during free 1/2 hour recitals followed by tours. An extensive "Curator's Tour" (which takes viewers inside the organ) is available on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM from April to December. My family and I visited the Boardwalk Tour Auditorium Organ this past summer while we were on a road trip. While exploring the boardwalk one day, we saw an advertisement for it. As a professional musician myself, I was a little embarrassed that I never heard of the instrument nor realized that it was located in Atlantic City. We decided to attend the free recital at Auditorium Hall the following day. Even at only 67% functionality, the organ is incredibly impressive. It's more powerful than a dozen orchestras. At times it just seemed to whisper, but it could quickly crescendo into thunderous melodies that echoed throughout the entire venue. The awesome power of this organ was unlike anything I've ever encountered before. For me, the highlight of the recital was a rendition of "The Batman Theme" as composed by Danny Elfman for the 1989 film. Afterwards, visitors were invited on a short tour where we were able to see the organ console up close. If you're a fan of music then I highly recommend a visit to the Boardwalk Hall Auditorium Organ!

Had a great at Jaron Boots Ennis fight. I haven't been in a long time. The facility was clean and nice. We sat in a floor seat and the seats were comfortable with a great view of the ring walk out . Staff were nice and helpful. Getting in took a little longer than expected because there were a lot of people that had to go through the security scanners, but I appreciate the security measures that were taken.

This review is of the tour of Convention Hall and famous pipe organ. I was curious to see how this historic venue had held up since I last was inside way back in 1984 working a rock concert ( The Police, a popular English band back in the day). Happy to report the building has been well maintained and the entire staff and tour guides could not have been more accommodating or friendlier. The tour of the insides of the famous pipe organ was fascinating! Unfortunately, I could not stay for the organ recital but rest assured, plan to return. Well worth the time. Suggest parking underneath and pay a little more for the convenience and security.

I have a few things to say about this venue. Some are positive but most are negative. I came here on Saturday, February 12th for the Katt Williams World War 3 Tour. First negative, the gauged us for parking. A whopping 40.00!! And it was CASH ONLY. I felt like that was really taking advantage of your patrons because there were no other options beyond street parking and I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole being from out of town. I feel it also put people in a really bad position if they were not carrying cash because no where on the website was that detail mentioned. Getting into the event was easy and organized. The layout reminded me of the old Spectrum back home. There were plenty of food, snack and beverage options. And even though we were seated in the 200 section it was not a bad view at all especially with the three projector screens. However, no one gave a f#&k about any COVID protocol. Although the venues website says this and that about proof of vaccination and despite massive signs about wearing masks, not one soul asked anybody anything. Not even a temperature check was taken. And damn near no one was wearing a mask. Even the comedians joked about it. And when I tell you we were packed in there shoulder to shoulder it's not an exaggeration. Aside from all that we enjoyed the show very much.

Outstanding seating views no matter where you sit! Wonderful sound and lighting. Friendly staff from the moment you enter going through security to the time you take a seat. There a Re e multiple venues to choose from to eat something delish. Maybe a drink too.

I had a great time there, second time around. Easy to get in. Security on all entrances. Food lines extremely long tho. Not enough merchandise to purchase, but it still was cool. Bathrooms were cleaned after the performance. Security everywhere. Our seats were perfect, except for the girl below who puked and sat in it, right in her lap. So I had to smell puke for the rest of the show. But the Dj kept everybody going & it was definitely enjoyed so much. Can't wait to go back for the next show.

Decided to finally checkout AEW tonight at the "Historic Boardwalk Hall". Show completely aside, that's not for this review... Overall, I was a bit disappointed in the experience we received this evening. Parking is $40 which I always feel is a gouge, but we paid it because it's the closest and my wife just had surgery (she's fine, thanks for asking) We finally get into the building and get to our seats, no problem, everyone is nice so far, but many of the ushers seemed to just be standing around as people were seating. A military vet rolled up to our section in a motorized scooter and the user shows him to the seats next to ours. The vet and his wife become anxious because his scooter won't fit, he asks to sit at the end of the row and just remove a seat down there. The usher insists he must sit in his assigned location. Unfortunately, our 3rd ticket was unable to attend because he got covid (he's also fine, thanks again for asking) but it worked out for the vet ad we offered to remove the second seat and he scootered up to his spot just fine. As the show started we noticed there was absolutely NO enforcement of the mask policy. We were specifically told we were supposed to have them on except to eat and drink, they even handed them out at the door, but no one was wearing them... so much for that people were just walking by the ushers and security. Don't advertise the policy if you're not going to enforce it! Shortly after the first few matches two guys randomly sit in the seats next to us. They kept moving around so they definitely weren't in their assigned seats, but some how while it wasn't possible to accommodate out veteran, them taking the wrong seat was just fine. As for food service, we made a stop by MadDog Morgan's, the food was normal stadium food and priced high as most stadium food is. We also stopped by Chickie's and Pete's, who doesn't exactly have the quickest people working the cashier as she was very confused when I gave her $24 for a $14 cost... she intead refused my $4 and gave me $6 change. (Yes, there were $10's in the register, thanks for asking) We left just before the end of the last match to beat the crowd out, but if you don't, I can tell you from both working at BWH and going to many shows there, you'll be stuck in traffic! We will go back next time there is a show we want to see, provided we can't see them else close by instead.

I can't see a reason to give less than 5 stars! Beautiful venue - spacious & not all attendees were jammed in one parking lot. Easy check in and facility to get around overall. Nicely marked - no confusion. Couple it with pleasant attendants and a nice selection of food. Oh - clean too - bathrooms included! End with killer lighting and acoustics for a tremendous concert. (I even enjoyed the architecture). 21 Pilots were incredible!!! Id definitely go back to see another!

This was my first time being in Atlantic City and I was very pleased with the venue of the concert I went to. It was a very nice venue, the place was large and spacious. I have an amazing night here seeing Swae Lee and Post Malone.

I visited Boardwalk Hall for the Stockton University 2018 graduation ceremony. This is probably a perfect venue for such an affair because of it's layout and ability to hold several thousand people. I confess I never heard of this place before coming here so I have not seen a concert or sports event here as most other visitors have. The place is spacious and not the behemoth on the boardwalk it turned out to be; quite surprising to me. It was well lit for such an event, maybe too bright. The PA system worked well. I don't imagine anyone had trouble hearing. The ushers we encountered were very helpful but the seats are poorly padded for a 3 plus hour affair. I'd go back.

Even nose bleed section tickets are great bc the venue isn't too big.

Enjoyed my visit, with the only exception the concession stands were backed up, they could have used more help in that area.

We arrived early 'cause we're old, we didn't want to stand all night, and hoped to grab a table by the bar. We had to wait for 5-10 minutes outside before the doors opened at 7:00. It was cold out there! While we stood there, a bouncer came outside and stood with us. He could have remained indoors where it was warm. But in a gesture of silent solidarity, the dude joined us in the cold until the doors opened. He didn't make a big deal about it, just stood with us. You know, in our angry, cynical, stressed out world, it's awfully nice to witness a small display of humanity. Thanks, big guy. Once inside we snagged a table near the bar. I asked the bartender for a virgin strawberry margarita for my wife. But alas, the margaritas are premixed and they'd all lost their virginity. The bartender offered to make a substitute concoction for my wife. She asked me to report back and if my wife didn't like the drink, she'd comp us. Again, real decency. And good mixology, too. The drink was great. The show was fantastic, the acoustics outstanding, and the overall vibe at ARC is cool but unpretentious. It's a kick-ass independent music venue. That was our first show, and we'll be back for more. P.S. If ARC is reading this, could you maybe book more hip hop?

So we saw the districts here. Opening band was very good. The districts were very good. The staff…read morewas nice. But what was going on with the Sound tonight? Everything was loud (designed for a bigger, outdoor show, not this venue) and sounded way too tinny. Also who the hell was Starberry? The band that performed was not the band they said to look up on Spotify (the former was a group of high 20 somethings and not a 5 piece indie band with two ladies) . We're very confused

This place shouldn't be dead on a Saturday night in the summer. There was so much potential for T…read moreStreet to be an exciting and popular spot, possibly helping to revive AC. The new nightclub, WAV, was open that night. I had no interest in clubbing, but noticed an email offering free and discounted cover. About a dozen people sat around Monkey Bar. A sign said that the dueling piano bar would be open at 10pm. Everything else appeared closed. Garces is no longer handling the catering. The website sucks so I don't know what the deal with the T Street food is. It should have been a lively, hot scene rather than a desolate ghost town. I'd love to be proved wrong with this review update, but for now I won't be holding my breath.

They offered sample sizes of some of the food they plan to offer and it was nothing to write home about. In fact so much so that I'll leave the food details at just that. It's what I expect to be overpriced pub food (price list or menu wasn't given to us) and with several locations it didn't feel as if any actually offered a variety of food. Pub, pub, everywhere. The concept is there but T Street offers no form of originality that makes it worth going to in place of similar places. In fact, with the location in a mall I actually felt that the venue and placement was a bit awkward. While there is no place quite like it in Atlantic City I don't find that it'll be a location to really drive in visitors. Let's face it, AC is a dying city and well in need of attractions to bring tourists and money back into the area. Perhaps when it's completely finished it will better represent the vision. I personally felt the venue was one-dimensional and for the amount of space could've offered a greater variety of music/food to fit various preferences. For now, I can say the live music is a nice addition. In some places it was played so deafeningly loud that it was difficult to really sit, eat and converse if that's what you chose to do. However, If that's your scene you'll likely enjoy it but its also worth noting that the majority of music was country/bluegrass. The drinks were okay. There were no specialty drinks/menu offered but the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable at preparing classics. As of right now this is not on my must do list for when I visit AC and doubt it will ever be. However, I will be fair and return when the venue is completely finished and possibly update my review.

I saw the Totally Tubular festival, which was a variety show of several 80s bands. (The original acts, not cover bands.) The venue is located inside the Ocean Casino Resort. Ovation Hall is medium sized--definitely not intimate, but also nothing like a true arena. Acoustics were pretty good, and there are giant TVs on each side of the stage to see closeups of the performers. Overall the show went smoothly, with only one or two minor technical glitches, which seemed pretty good for the first night of a showcase tour. A friend and I sat on the side of the venue and still had a clear view. I thought it was worth it for $50 tickets (per person). This was a winter show, so none of the summertime beach traffic. The casino was busy but not overwhelmingly so. It was pretty easy to find parking and locate the venue inside. (Also it's not very smoky inside.) There are drinks available in Ovation Hall itself as well as small snacks. You can get more substantial food outside in the casino. I thought that I was doing a good thing by buying aisle, second row seats using the artist presale code. My view was partially obstructed all night, with no ability of the band to migrate out that far left. Adding to that frustration was being right up against the audio stacks on the left, and they were obviously wireless because the sound kept dropping out like you were watching a movie and it was buffering. Speaking of buffering, the video screens behind the stage were lagging by a full second. I attempted to capture how bad the view and sound was in the attached images and video. Worst venue ever.
