I've used them through my insurance (CIG) twice in the last few years. First to repair the walls and ceilings damaged to repipe after a broken hot water line and recent to repair walls and flooring from roof leaks during Tropical Storm Hillary. They do a very complete job leaving things like the problem never happened. My walls and ceilings were replaced (new drywall) and painted perfectly. When they couldn't repeat the paint that was there, they painted the entire room a new color and did a perfect job. The first time i used them they have to move a cabinet with a lot of delicate items in it. The emptied the cabinet, moved it, repaired the wall, put it back and put back all the items just like they were before. When I came home later, it looked like they magically repaired the wall without moving the cabinet. For the most recent work done, they also cleaned my carpet in two rooms and replaced the padding in one. They were a little sloppy. When I moved the bed later, the carpet was clearly not cleaned. That would be my only complaint. Overall, excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. read more

These contractors Alphonso are ok. I would not refer them to anyone. My dishwasher wouldn't open they had to come back and fix it as they didn't measure correctly! My toilet was broken right away "my guys didn't do it". But they did. They had me sign another contract which was ignorant. It was really overwhelming do not want to hire them again. Alphonso came in like a new supervisor with a big head The work done was livable but not allot of options to pick from. read more

Our water heater exploded a couple weeks ago and caused a considerable amount of damage in the surrounding areas, including our garage, home office, and bathroom. Alfonso and his team came out and set up high-powered industrial size fans to dry things out to prevent mold, removed our damaged wall, floor, cabinet, and desk area, and not only repaired everything, but they left it in a better condition than it had been in before. The crew were all very professional, polite, and did an amazing job with their repairs. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. read more

For years my law practice has worked with Boardwalk Contractors. Their work and attention to detail is second to none. No matter the size of the work needed, Boardwalk Contractors gets the job done. In one instance Boardwalk Contractors repaired a home in which a drunk driver drove through the front of a house. Boardwalk Contractors secured the residence, repaired all aspects of the property, worked with my office on the insurance claims for the real property damage and personal property losses, etc. Their services are invaluable. Damage to a home or necessary repairs are stressful enough. Allow this company to take the stress out of the repairs. The value you receive will be more than worth it. read more

Outstanding Performance! Had a leak spring over the holidays and Alfonso and his squad stepped up, knocked it out and stayed in contact. I can be a stickler and a pain in the rear so to speak and they have been nothing but professional and quick to an explanation on any questions or issues that have arisen. Great job! Thanks for helping my family during this challenging time. read more

We had major interior (water damage) and roof damage due to the recent storm. We had a horrible experience with a well-known restoration company, so we were very hesitant during this process of selecting a company we could trust. The service we received from Boardwalk was amazing from start to finish. Alfonso and his entire crew were always professional and prompt. The quality of workmen ship was outstanding. All questions and concerns we had were professional handled. Our job was not rushed. It was finished once we were fully satisfied with their work. We have since and will continue to refer Boardwalk to family and friends. Thanks, Alfonso and crew, for putting our house back together. The Coleman's read more

We had water damage from a leaking roof. After filing a claim with our insurance company Boardwalk was selected to do the repairs. We had prior experience with them after a previous plumbing leak repair job three years ago. Alfonso and his crew did an outstanding job fixing our drywall and repainting to match our current color. They also fixed the roof so we wouldn't have any future problems. One stop shopping and fast dependable work. Alfonso followed the project from start to finish. We would use them again. read more

I had some storm damage to my living room ceiling thanks to the recent Hurricane Hilary. I asked my homeowners insurance company if they had a recommendation and I ended up with Boardwalk Contractors. Absolutely happy that I did! From first contact to the finished product everything was handled very professionally. Alfonso (the Superintendent) was always available via telephone if I had any questions but also came by the house to check on the status of the job quite frequently. The workers that fixed the damage were great. Not only did they do a great job on the construction but they were extremely respectful of our property. My wife and I were so impressed that we hired Boardwalk to remove additional acoustic ceiling and replace it with textured ceiling. It looks absolutely fantastic (hopefully I can post a couple photos soon). I feel that the additional cost that I paid for the additional work was well worth what they charged. I would definitely use Boardwalk Contractors again. read more

These guys are AWESOME! After having a water pipe burst under the foundation, I thought I was going to have guys with jackhammers ripping my house apart and replacing all the plumbing since I've never done this before... man was I WRONG! With Jose Fernandez's leadership and very professional supervision, they quickly found the source of the leak and came-up with a plan to re-route and by-pass the leak, and then completely restored all the water damaged areas ((including putting up new drywall, painted back to original colors, and replaced damaged floorings) all QUICKLY, PROMPTLY, and very PROFESSIONALLY! If you need massive repairs or damage restorations done and done RIGHT, call Broadway FIRST! read more

We had a flood from a broken pipe under the sink. The guy that came out for the estimate of what needed to be done was excellent. Alonzo was the supervisor and he was extremely communicated with me. He was on time getting all the products used. Alonzo's crew was on time and prepared for work. They were clean while working and when finished. I give the entire crew an A+. I will use the company for all contracting work I need. read more

We had a major flood in our kitchen which caused a tremendous amount of damage. I called them the same day, spoke with Brian. He showed his kindness and consideration and came over to inspect the damage himself. He had his crew at the house the same day. I was amazed at how responsive and quickly they came. They minimized the damage, immediately got to work and restored my kitchen as good as new. They handled all the headaches of insurance for us as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate about having such an amazing company fix any damage that might come your way. read more

Larry Flowers Palmdale, CA. The service from Boardwalk Contractors Inc. was a great experience under these conditions with Covid 19. The workers were very respectful and got the job done in an efficient amount of time. They followed the saftey of health concerns wearing their mask at all times. The Manager Jose from day 1 until the last day was very respectful and professional to make sure that everything was being done correctly. Contacted them to get an estimate when our house flooded. They refused to come out and said they only do estimates for jobs that they have already have guaranteed contracts for. Meaning I'd have to give them the job and sign a contract before they even give me an estimate for repairs. Ridiculous. read more

I've been paying this company $1,000 a check , if not more, and lately it's been weekly yet they continually call me threatening me with a lien on my house if I don't pay the balance in full. My husband is deployed and they did the repairs on my kitchen (and just found out they did a shitty job on installing my dishwasher back in) and our remaining balance can't be more than $3,000 and I'm paying them weekly with $1,000 checks! They ALSO LIED saying my husband agreed to pay in full (which either they are lying or my husband is lying and he seriously doubt it's the latter) which he said he NEVER said. Please, go far away from this company. Their staff are unprofessional, the owner doesn't know how to run a business and they go around trying to ruin lives by making threats to put a lien on my house WHEN WE HAVE BEEN PAYING REGULARLY. Stay far away from this company, unless you want to go through financial distress even when you are paying then and then lie about it. You should be ashaamed of yourselves Boardwalk!!!! read more

My insurance company selected Boardwalk Contractors for restoration work in our home following a water leak. Their crew arrived promptly as agreed and immediately went to work re-painting two rooms of my home. Their crew worked together seamlessly, every crew member knowing his assignment and discharging it with excellence. Considering they had to move furnishings and decor to accomplish the task and then put everything back in place to appear as if nothing had happened, they were outstanding. They completed their task in just seven hours! Incredible! In addition, they were very considerate of our indoor-only pet cat, making sure she stayed in the house even though they were going in and out of the house in performing their work. This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE we ever have had with a damage restoration contractor. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Boardwalk Contractors does not stand behind their work! They remodeled my kitchen 2 years ago and the granite countertop now has a clear crack in it. I called and their technician came out to look at it and told me that a crack in that area is common... They refused to rectify the problem despite the countertop still being under warranty. There are too many reputable companies out there... do not give Boardwalk your business. You will regret it. They do not stand behind their work. read more
