First, they returned my initial call and made an appointment to come out to our house the same day I left a message! If you have ever looked for a contractor of any kind, you know how significant that is! A couple of days later we had a plan and a contract. Two weeks after that, we had a team here knocking it out! Second, when they say they are arriving at 7 o'clock, they are actually here! No delays, excuses or no-shows. We were so impressed with how much was done in that first day! Over the course of the project, we often had 4-5 guys here at a time! The job was complete (even with an unexpected change I requested. Thanks guys!) in just over a week. The team worked together so well and we enjoyed hearing them chat and laugh as they worked. They obviously enjoy what they do and doing it with coworkers they trust and like. It gave us confidence in the company. This, in addition to how long Bill's Landscaping has been in business in the valley. Over 40 years! We had our yard done 3 years ago by another company, but have had problems with drainage ever since. It was destroying the grass and left us frustrated. A lesson in, "you get what you pay for."
