My favorite was by far the one with the fresh pickle relish and my least was the hot chili. Wasn't very hot and was more oily than anything, but the dogs themselves are great - jumbo ones char grilled and placed inside a hollowed out unsliced hard roll. Awesome! Next time I'll get a little more creative with what to mix and match with what dog but I was glad I stopped by. Great customer service as well. Support your local businesses!

There has been no follow-up, explanation, apology, or resolution. I waited before writing this review because I genuinely hoped management would take my concerns seriously and respond appropriately. The lack of follow-through has been almost as disappointing as the original experience. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and serious concerns deserve more than an initial response followed by silence.
