The prices are reasonable and Tanya personally delivers your dress to a seamstress for you to have a consultation before you commit to buy. There are rooms on the ground floor and in a two story building. Luckily, during both of our stays we were able to get a room in the building. During our last stay the owner even asked us if we prefer the first or second floor. The room had what we needed for a quick overnight stay (fridge, coffee maker, etc.). We were greeted warmly and welcomed each time and we would gladly return again!

Though our particular room was tiny, it seemed that they do a lot with the small space you get, as you get a mini fridge, a microwave, and a good selection of satellite channels. As well, it appears to be one of the lowest priced if not the lowest priced motel in Peterborough, and we were lucky that there was a room available, even though we went in the shoulder season, just after school-age students had gone back to school. It is rather minimalist in the food and drink offerings (no vending machines for food and drink), but for I and my husband, we tend to bring our own food and drink, so it was not that critical for us.
