First time here, cool layout with separate little bar area. Got a tuna sandwich on squaw bread. Had all the fixing and was big enough to share or have left overs. Only complaint was it was a little bland which surprised me because it was on squaw break and had some good veggies. I'll be back to try something else too. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and the sandwiches were good. I was helped by Nathan who was very friendly and helpful with my order as I was a first timer. We got a turkey deluxe and roast beef club. The sandwiches were a good size and the bread was nice. I also got potato salad, but we didn't like it and the music was way too loud in there. Ordered 4 subs over the phone. I was instructed that it will be ready in 15 minutes.. 15 minutes later I got to the store and paid for my order. Cashier said it was getting prepared. I waited another 15 minutes till I got my food. I'm just a ltille surprise. What's the purpose of ordering your food over the phone if your order is not ready by the time you get there and then still have to wait. But the sub was delicious. It was worth the wait but what if i didn't have the time to wait. I would recommend to friends and family but be aware time is not always guaranteed. read more

The service here is awful. No one greets you and says hello. Their phones are charging on the counter and their speaker is on the tin foil wrap. The board and brew in San Diego is 100% the best one. I usually can't finish a whole sandwich so they are very nice and wrap it when I order. The one in Temecula the guy taking more order "yeah we're not gonna do that" and then points at the tin foil where all their belongings are sitting on. Just awful customer service. read more

They should offer toasted bread and I think they a really missing sales by not offering fries/tots/wedges, not everyone is a fan of chips. The employees were nice, and the surfer vibe is cool here. I'll preface this by saying I've been to Board and Brew in San Diego & Orange County. I'm a FAN. We had a trip planned to Temecula so I was stoked that this new location had just opened. Unfortunately, the bread used for the chicken club here is not the same as SD or OC. This changes the sandwich completely in my opinion! Either that or the chicken wasn't seasoned properly because all 3 of us agreed that it was bland compared to what we've had. Definitely room for improvement there, but everything else was great! I've been ordering board and brew before it was franchised in San Diego for over 20 years. We had the worst sandwiches we've ever had tonight. I've had two of their sandwiches so far: the Baja Chicken and the Chicken Club. I found the Baja Chicken to be a little too spicy, but it was really tasty and I liked it. I liked the Chicken Club more, but only because it was less spicy. They are decent-sized sandwiches with enough chicken. I substituted avocado for their mayo. The baguette bread is just right, too. I haven't liked sandwiches this much since I used to buy from Giuliano's in Gardena many years ago. read more

I would have given a 5 star review because the food is a amazing. And I am regular customer. But the service I had today was awful. I placed an order online for take out. It took 40 mins for a salad. When I asked the girls in the front there was no straight answer. My food was essentially given away to a another customer. And I understand things happen. But there was no apology from the girl whom I'm assuming is the owners daughter for the mix up. She was also very unprofessional and said out loud "fucx I'm out of ranch". I saw Board and Brew while browsing Uber Eats a while ago but didn't place an order. Yesterday my husband wanted a French dip sandwich and randomly google "good French dip"...Board and Brew came up in the search and we decided to give it a try. The foot is outstanding. I ordered the Turknado sandwich. It had plenty of meat and toppings and the taste was right on. My husband got his French dip and confirmed that it was really good (he's hard to please). Our son had the Italian sub and enjoyed that as well. We decided to try their potato salad as a side and can confirm a that it is better than most deli potato salads. We'll definitely eat here again. I'm late on this place. I saw it open a few months ago I'd been meaning to try and I finally did this week. And I have already gone back 2x this week very few places I'll go to twice in a week. I have now tried the pastrami, grilled cheese, Italian, and Baja wrap. Each one was delicious full of flavor. And made well with quality meats u can taste in every bite they are not super stingy like most places! I've recommended already to several friends. I had a house honey blonde beer also while sitting on the patio that was nice. No doubt one of my fave new places and exactly what Temecula has been missing for years. Been to the other locations in San Diego county and this is the worst of them all. Service is horrible- super slow no matter how busy it is and the bartender has been rude every time we've come. The owner/manager (shirt Hispanic guy) just walks around doing nothing every time we have been here. They NEVER run the AC- it was over 100 today and the inside was just as hot as the outside. Food is whatever compared to other locations- the sandwiches tasted heavily of onions even though ours had no onion whatsoever in them. Lastly, men's bathroom is gross. Pieces of the drywall were on the floor, sanitizer was out, urine all over the floor. This place needs new ownership! read more

This was confused as the Baja Wrap. This was an honest mistake on our part. I spoke with the manager to see if we could get it replaced. The manager did not hesitate to update the order. I came in today around 6 pm. It was slow and yet I stood there for ten minutes without being acknowledged by the two people working behind the counter. We have been here 4 times in the last month. A really great place for summer lunch and a beer. Overall, everything we've eaten has been great, a little on the pricey side for sandwiches but everything tastes fresh and the bread is awesome. A lot of places have French rolls that are too hard but Board and Brew's are nice and soft. One of our go-to places when we're in the area. Definitely worth a try. read more
