TLDR this place is…read morepredatory and will add fake fees and "market adjustments 32k sticker price car got marked up to 40k they hid it behind extended loan payments and a high interest rate. This place basically scammed me in 2022 I was dumb and partly to blame but they do market adjustments and tell you one thing then another. I was told to hold a car it was 500 then the next day I got a call actually it's 1000. The car was great but In hindsight they did me dirty because I was Naive. Don't look at the monthly payments like I did and look at out the door price. If I had to guess they got me for a New 2022 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade AWD. Pretty sure the sticker price was something like 32K with all the accessories. I would later find out that the out the door price was something like 40k with a monthly payment of 579 and some change and a 72 months with high APR. even with 6 or 7k down. All this because I didn't know what I was doing. Just like a car dealership to take advantage of someone who doesn't understand financing. I can't wait for direct to consumer to one day be an option and I can only hope to convince someone to look at the out the door price, the APR and not just the monthly payment they very well could be scamming you with a smile with fake service contracts and other fees that don't exist like Market adjustment. Really scummy to punish someone for buying a popular model of car no better than a scalper.

First of all, if your transmission goes bad and you aren't expecting to spend at least a few thousand dollars you don't understand transmissions. Covelli rebuilt my Silverado transmission from scratch. It runs like new now and it only cost my about $3,500 which is very reasonable for a re-build. About a year later they did like 2 weeks of diagnostic work trying to figure out what was going on with my truck (turned out to be a bad ignition coil) and when I went in to pick it up they only charged me for the part and replacement labor - not all the diagnostic work. Meanwhile, at a dealership service center you will pay $300 for them just to pull your car into their garage. Covelli has been trustworthy and very competent. They might be a little slower than big production style shops but if you know machinery and vehicles you know that its better to be a little slow and have it done right than the other way around. I'm a blue collar business owner and farmer and I think this is one of the best mechanics around. For what that's worth.
