It was not a five star experience because of the location but otherwise it was a great time. They did our nails properly and with care. Our family needs them done right because of growth issues etc so it's nice to find a place that notices and helps. The prices were ok, not cheap but they did so good I'm not complaining. I was relaxed and unbothered for majority of the time. Took my kids they did good on my kids too and I'm grateful for that as well. We will be return customers!

Process did not take long at all and the result was absolutely stunning! I showed them a reference photo and they really delivered. Staff were very chill and overall a good vibe. I'd definitely recommend this place

Im visiting from Washington State and decided to try this place out. Im very happy with the service there. I will come back. While I was there someone wanted a pedicure for there child and the owner was kind and said "our pedicure chairs are not for children" and the mother got upset and left. I just want to leave it clear the owner did not raise his voice at the mother.

i'm usually not the type of person to leave a review but i feel like it's necessary in this case went in today for a pedicure as i was way overdue for one already and went back since the first time i went the guy that did my pedicure did really good. this time there was only a girl there but she dug in way too deep and left me bleeding. i kept pulling my foot back but she kept repositioning my foot. afterwards she still applied alcohol on it and towards the end, applied neosporin on it. it's hurting to even wear socks at this point. will NOT be back in.

This place is not good save your money or spend a little more and go some where else, please note that my nails aren't even the same shape. Sloppy. Bad quality. Honestly hated them .

I want to give a higher rating because the service was great and the owner (I'm not sure if he is the owner but he greeted me and took my phone call) is really nice. He did a great job on my manicure and was funny to talk to. But I'm giving a low rating because my toe is in so much pain from my pedicure. I'm not sure if the other nail tech dug too much or the tools were bad but this is what happened to my toe. He dug a lot while giving me my pedicure and it wasn't too bad but now I can barely walk. I might go back but I'm not sure if I'd get a pedicure again.

This place does great work!! They are fast, efficient and great listeners! I've now had my nails done and a pedicure 2 times - loved them both times. I don't get long nails and I'm hard on my hands, these last through it! Usually I go in and get my nails done at a place and the technicians don't say a word....not here, they are so personable, funny and love to chat while they do they nails. My recommendation is to make an appt, be patient because the place is small and make sure you have cash. You won't be disappointed!

Honestly was gonna cry when Ben finished my nails, I love love love them sooo much!! Really fair price and super quick, with great results! Will definitely come back when I have a special event coming up! (I have ugly ass hands but Ben made them cute!) All together was $45!

I love this place. I come 20 minutes to get my nails done. I go on Pintrest and find designs and they get done exactly how I want them. My last design came from 2 different pictures and I changed colors and I love them. I'd recommend this page for good work

Ben is Amazing!! I don't let no else do my nails. He tells you the flat out truth, and has a great sense of humor! He is definitely worth the wait.

She did the cutest pikachu nails! highly recommend! She was detailed and took her time. I love how they look and would definitely come back again.

This place was so clean and the employees are really nice. It was our first time here and Ben made us feel very comfortable from calling in and making a same day appointment. Went to this place today after a bad experience at another spot where they ripped me off and did an awful job on my nails and let me tell you that I loved loved loooved BND nails Mimi was able to fix my ugly nails and turned them in to beautiful art work I cant stop looking at my nails. It is a small but confortable clean place inside the indoor swap meet.... I recommend it 100% and of-course I will be back. read more

I came in yesterday for the first time loved how my nails came out. My aunt had gone with me and she got a mani and pedi and when we got home the pedi still seemed great. Note, she had a flower design on them. When she woke up , her toe nails were messed up as in the nail polish didn't dry. She doesn't sleep with socks on or anything so she went back and they right away started blaming her for messing them up intentionally.. they were very argumentative and defensive and very unprofessional. Only went to this place because it was nearby and has multiple stars. I do not understand how. this place has almost 5 stars. Four nails came out crooked and I had to show a picture of about FOUR different types because they claimed they didn't have a certain materials to do certain looks. They could've done a way better job. I asked for another extra thing to be added to my nails and he said "Why, you don't need it" .... umm I'm paying for it so it doesn't matter what I need or not. I even explain how I am a dancer so I need my nails a bit more stronger and thicker he wasn't willing to even do that. read more

Don't judge a book by it's cover! I've have such a hard time finding a nail place in fontana and found this place a few months ago but barely came. It's inside the indoor swap meet and it's super small. There's only 4 chairs but looks like they make due. I came around 2 on Thursday and both technicians were busy so he said 45 mins. I noticed they charge $2 for card so I went to get cash and came back. I got a pedicure $23 with callous remover $6. Took about an hour. The hot stones were so great and she was so gentle with taking out my ingrowns. Then I did my full set, I got coffin so it was $30 plus $10 for gel. But the shape is perfect and the quality is great. I'll definitely be coming back. $69 total wasn't too bad for me. Both technicians were friendly and warm. read more

Came here for the first time today based off of the reviews I see on yelp. BND nails Spa is definitely a hidden gem. I came in needing a fill, color change, and repair of one nail. Ben was thorough and turned my ugly claws into pretty nails. He took his time and paid good attention to detail making sure I was satisfied with each step of the way. I asked him to make a simple design on my ring fingers and I love how it came out! I feel like there was an ample selection of colors. Great prices, very clean, friendly employees. He also is patient and professional with difficult customers that think they can be rude to anyone in the service industry. Highly recommend!! read more

This is my First time here. I was looking in yelp and I found this has very high ratings. I have been so many nail spa around the area and still I couldn't find a place / service that I wanted. Today, I called this place and had an appointment. This place us really a Gem!! Mimi took care of me and she did exactly want I wanted and she hasn't shape it yet but the shape is already in placed, plus it was so clean no messy excess powder. She is not rushing to finish.she was really attentive on the details that she is doing. I highly recommend this place and will definitely will come back again.. so happy with the service. read more

The man that works here is a scam artist. Their work is very messy. They charge way too much even though its a swap meet. He makes very disrespectful and discriminating comments. Do not give him your money. Please find another salon. It took them 3 hours to do a sloppy job. He wanted to suck my toes.Said I look yummy. Disgusting. I am Vietnamese. Forgot to give a review when I came 2 weeks ago. Line was so long I waited like 2.5 hours I asked for red ombré and it came out decent. I don't think it was Bens fault however since the red is such a powerful color it didn't blend in well with the lighter pink. Overall I was satisfied with how fast he finished and how well the shape of my nails came out. To top it off he didn't hurt my fingers at all, like you know how when you first get your nails done and they're sore or you have a cut, yeah none of that read more

After arriving I came with my mom. She told them I needed a full set and she needed a fill. They took me right away. During the time I was getting my nails done, a girl came in asking how long the wait was. Ben said 30 to 40 minutes. The girl said she would come back. She came back shortly before I was done with my nails. After Ben finished my nails, he skipped my mom and went straight for the girl that came in after us. After my mom said that she needed a fill, Ben says "well she has an appointment." She did not have an appointment!! My mom didn't end up getting picked till about 45 minutes after. The girl was being so flirtatious with Ben. No wonder he picked her. My mom was so frustrated, she is never going back again. Ben is very talkative and nice, but extremely rude to skip my mom for the girl. It's first come first serve (unless you have an appointment) which she did not. My mom did like the girl who did her design (we did not get her name because we just wanted to leave there). Ben was good but the nails came out bumpy. Mimi is excellent. I was very impressed with her (and I am pretty picky). She knows her stuff and is so sweet. Previously, I would have to sacrifice one thing for another. Places that do great technical work often times leave something to be desired when it comes to the massage/relaxing parts of the service. The places that give wonderful, relaxing massages often leave something to be desired technically. Mimi has the skill and the knowledge to make it so relaxing and worth every penny. I no longer have to decide what I want more (technical ability vs relaxation), which makes me very happy. I didn't feel rushed or unwelcome even though I just walked in near the end of their day. It is a fairly small space but with two people (Mimi and Ben), you don't really need a big place. I had a bit a trouble finding it the first time because I didn't realize it was in the swap meet, just FYI for those visiting for the first time. I will be back! Thank you! read more

Today I went in for the first time. Their reviews were good. So I stopped by. I waited 2 people ahead of me. After my nails were done. It was worth the wait. Binh was cool and fast. It's rare I find someone good without a complaint. I was shocked! I had nothing bad to say or needed to tell him to fix. First try! And wow he did a amazing coffin pretty ombré nails on myself. My boyfriend gave me a nice compliment. So therefore I was happy. Little place but u can checkout the little shops while u wait. Open everyday but Tuesday that's good for me! I found this place after moving and looking for something local. I usually go earlier during the day and there isn't much of a wait, and I show them designs I usually find online or whatever I'm feeling that day and they're always able to do the designs I ask for. Both Ben and Dana are really sweet and friendly and they remember their returning customers. My go to place from now on for sure. read more

Well first time and last time going to this salon. I had pedi and mani done. Liked it..went to walk around Victoria Gardens, with sandals I had on, got home..and my toe nails looked funny..I looked at them closely and looked wrinkled..I was shocked because I didn't hit anything, no one stepped on me. I went back this morning to salon, and Ben says I did it..I was like how..he said socks..really after 5 hours of walking around in sandals they should have been dry, and no I didn't put socks on..or else other nails would of had the same effect..sad, they don't like to admit they make mistakes..argumentative as well..not going back..neither is my sister or niece..they didn't cure nail polish right..just admit it.. read more

I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

Yesterday was my first time here and no one told me about this place, we just went unplanned. And I have no regrets, I came in with my mom for a manicure and a pedicure and the results were amazing! Great people. They took their time on us and even when they were closing they still treated us with respect. Since they were closing already and they had to rush they didn't really finish my moms pedicure, but they said to return to finish up which was really nice of them. This place is amazing. since there is only two ppl working you do have to wait a little while for one of them to get to you but when they do he does an amazing job and does it precise but quickly and my nails came out beautiful. i will definitely be coming back on a regular basis to fill and recolor my nails. the only thing that not nesasarily bad but different was that i couldn't find if bc it was in the swap meet not next to it like i thought it was but other than that it's an amazing place and i definitely recommend. read more

First time here, I was expecting more of the place, it's inside the Fontana swap meet. Service was ok, I really have no complaints. Pricing was decent I guess. I wasn't impress but I wasn't tuned off. I guess a good thing was that it was empty but I'm not sure if that's s good thing or not I think it's cool for teenagers to come and get their nails done.
