The work was done during the hottest part of the Summer, and we were very impressed with the work that was done. We required a more costly replacement that was originally expected, but Alex was transparent every step of the way and worked with us to make sure everything was being done properly. While he was there replacing the roof, we discussed the condition of our decks and he ended up providing us a quote for some major repairs to our decks, which they completed a week after the roof was done. All in all, we are very happy with the work that was done - everything looks great! If I could provide some constructive feedback, it would be that there could have been better communication along the way with decisions that we needed to make or items that were our responsibility to take care of. We know nothing about roofing or deck building, so it would have been nice to receive a little more hand-holding along the way. I would also suggest they get their hands on some physical samples and not ask their customers to rely on pictures in a brochure. These were minor issues in an overall project that we were extremely pleased with! They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns. Roofing work is not cheap, not that it should be. It is dangerous work. And I do believe that you get what you pay for.
