I call back early in the morning to be told he still has to get my application approved and will call me back.. he ignores my text and when I call the store to speak with a manager William just places me and hold forever only to tell me the manager is busy snd will call me back.. I still have not received any calls so I at William told the manager anything. Seems like they discriminate against certain folks.. I'll be reaching out to BBB.. seems like they just collect people information and have no plans on selling them a car only stealing their sensitive.

I took a DMV M1 exam, and I got it! $50 for the rental, with insurance and current registration, nothing to worry about when you go to the DMV. My only advice is if you are planning to get an M1 license, don't get the 50cc scooter to avoid any confusion on the DMV, because some examiners on the DMV might consider it to be on the M2 class. Just an advice,(based on my experience) lol! But I fought that it should be an M1! But other than that! This place is perfect! And I want to support small business like this around the neighborhood!! I said great I'll take it and he said ok but we are closed Monday so can you return it Tuesday at 9 and no extra charges. I said no problem as it worked better for me to return Monday but Balal did not want bike left outside when they are closed which I agreed to When I returned the bike Tuesday at 9 Balalaika came up and said "everything is good I will email you your receipt and I have your credit card o. file. Wh n I returned home I opened up email and say Eaglerider and Balal charged me for 4 days rental Balal would not pick up my call or respond to my 2 emails and thanks to John at Palm Springs Harley he had Balal call me but he still refused to refund me terrified ble representative for the rental bike company and NEVER will do business was with Eaglerider again

We made a last minute decision to find a motorcycle shop that rented bikes so we could ride up to Joshua Tree National Park. Desert Motor Rentals was the perfect place. After not hearing anything, I called Tuesday afternoon. "Someone will call you right back." After not hearing anything, I called Thursday afternoon. "Someone will call you right back." I called a total of six times, just to get an update, and every time "Someone will call you right back." After two weeks of being ghosted, I drove to the shop to pick up my car. Someone I've never seen before loaded my car on my trailer, no questions asked! Just assumed I was the owner. Thanks to these D Bags, I missed my first thanksgiving trip in 44 years.
