I call back early in the morning to be told he still has to get my application approved and will call me back.. he ignores my text and when I call the store to speak with a manager William just places me and hold forever only to tell me the manager is busy snd will call me back.. I still have not received any calls so I at William told the manager anything. Seems like they discriminate against certain folks.. I'll be reaching out to BBB.. seems like they just collect people information and have no plans on selling them a car only stealing their sensitive.

My son was stressed out as it was and Cody seemed to just keep him calm. Very patient and his instructions are simple and direct. It was hot out there and my kid really jelled with Cody and made it through the day. Cody also noted a few adjustments on our bike that helped. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Everything they say in their website is true. I trained with a guy named Iilyas. He was super cool and chill and didn't freak out when I messed up. In the first session I was working all the way through third gear and coming to a good stops. In the second session my slow speed maneuverability improved. It's actually easier to go fast than slow. I took the third session for fun because I didn't have a bike yet and I just wanted to ride for two hours. If I could afford it I would come again just to keep training and learning. 1 on 1 was a lot less intimidating as well. And when I came I had only ever been on a bike once in a parking lot with my brother and never left third gear or understand what a clutch or break was. Just one session and I felt comfortable on a bike. Also, they had headphones in the helmet talking me through every step. It was great.

I said great I'll take it and he said ok but we are closed Monday so can you return it Tuesday at 9 and no extra charges. I said no problem as it worked better for me to return Monday but Balal did not want bike left outside when they are closed which I agreed to When I returned the bike Tuesday at 9 Balalaika came up and said "everything is good I will email you your receipt and I have your credit card o. file. I called a few outfits who only deliver to crowded tracks and a couple expensive training facilities. I've done the research for you. Only call Dominic. He was nice, patient, respectful and flexible. He has his own track instead of going to a crowded track with additional fees and early closing hours . He has an assortment of well-maintained electric start bikes on site for the perfect fit and he supplies all the sizes of boots, clothing and helmets. Dominic systematically taught my son how to ride at a safe pace with no other riders in the way. It was a joy to watch my son connect with Dominic as he built up my son's confidence for 3 hours. The price was very reasonable considering the skills and experience my son walked away with. I have peace-of-mind by not foolishly splurging on buying bikes, gear, and a trailer until I was certain my teenage son was capable and inspired. This was the best investment in the intro stage that paved the way to the next level. Next time I'm bringing my 9 year old and I expect that this will be a new sport I can participate in with my boys.
